Claims (2)

  1. 有機発光ダイオード(OLED)装置からの光出力を高めるための光抽出フィルムであって、
    前記OLED装置により放射される光に対して実質的に透明な可撓性基板と、
    前記基板に適用され、多周期領域を有する、人工ナノ構造の層(a layer of engineered nanostructures)と、
    前記ナノ構造の上に適用されるバックフィル層であって、前記ナノ構造とは反対側のバックフィル層の表面上に実質的に平坦な表面を形成する、バックフィル層と、を含み、
    前記バックフィル層が、前記ナノ構造の屈折率よりも大きい屈折率を有し、
    前記多周期領域が、前記ナノ構造の反復領域を含み、前記領域が、第1の周期ピッチを有する第1のナノ構造の組と、前記第1の周期ピッチとは異なる第2の周期ピッチを有する第2のナノ構造の組と、を含み、
    前記第1のナノ構造の組が第1の高さ、第1のアスペクト比及び第1の形状を有し、前記第2のナノ構造の組が第2の高さ、第2のアスペクト比及び第2の形状を有し、
    前記第1の高さ、前記第1のアスペクト比及び前記第1の形状の少なくとも1つが、それぞれ、前記第2の高さ、前記第2のアスペクト比及び前記第2の形状とは異なる、
    光抽出フィルム。
  2. 前記バックフィル層の前記実質的に平坦な表面に適用される接着性の光結合層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の光取り出しフィルム。
