Abstract
【解決手段】装置は、被処理液状媒質容器(6)と連通し、かつ高周波超音波(4)を発生する発生器(1)を内蔵するコンパートメント(2)と、平均直径が1mm以下の微小泡(5)を発生させる発生器(3)とから成り、超音波発生器及び微小泡発生器を、コンパートメント(2)内へ発射される超音波(4)のフィールド内に微小泡(5)が放出されるように配置する。

Claims (35)
- 液状媒質中に存在する未分化細胞及び/又は微生物の中和、除去及び/又は成長阻止のための液状媒質処理方法であって、
当該方法は気体及び高周波音波を前記液状媒質中に発射することからなり、
前記高周波音波は、約200kHzと数MHzの間で、且つ、低周波音波照射に伴う機械的作用を制限する出力で使用され、
前記気体及び前記高周波音波の照射が前記未分化細胞及び/又は微生物の回収限界値を制限する、
方法。 - 前記気体及び高周波音波の照射が音ルミネッセンス現象を増強する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が病原性又は非病原性の単細胞又は多細胞体からなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記微生物が、バクテリア、ウィルス、菌類及び藻類からなる群から選択される1以上からなる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記未分化細胞が、癌細胞、骨髄細胞及び全形成能細胞のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質に試薬を添加することにより化学反応、沈澱反応及び結晶反応のうちの少なくとも1つを誘発する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質が塩を含み、且つ、
前記液状媒質中での塩結晶の核形成、結晶形成及び成長のうちの少なくとも1つを変更できるように、前記液状媒質を電磁的に処理することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記液状媒質が塩過飽和されている、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質中における前記塩の自然な可溶性よりも少なくとも5倍高い塩濃度が得られる、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記気体が空気からなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記気体及び高周波超音波の照射が前記液状媒質中での遊離基の形成を促進する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記気体及び高周波超音波の照射が前記液状媒質中での未分化細胞及び/又は微生物に有毒な分子の形成を促進する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質に電磁波を照射することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記電磁波がマイクロウェーブ、赤外線、紫外線又はレーザーの1以上からなる、請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質中で増殖する可能性のある微生物を一定濃度レベル以下に減少又は維持することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- ヒト又は動物から生理的液体を抽出し、前記液体の生体外処理後に前記液体を再びヒト又は動物に注入することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記生理的液体が未分化細胞、高増殖作用を示す細胞及び/又は微生物を含む、請求項16記載の方法。
- 前記生理的液体が、血液、血清及び髄液の1以上からなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- ヒト又は動物の高増殖作用を示す細胞の処理方法であって、
前記ヒト又は動物の高増殖作用を示す細胞を含む液状媒質を準備し、
気体及び高周波音波を前記液状媒質中に発射することからなり、
前記高周波音波は、約200kHzと数MHzの間で、且つ、低周波音波照射に伴う機械的作用を制限する出力で使用され、
前記気体及び前記高周波音波の照射が前記ヒト又は動物の高増殖作用を示す細胞の回収限界値を制限する、
方法。 - 前記気体及び高周波音波の照射が音ルミネッセンス現象を増強する、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記高増殖作用を示す細胞が、癌細胞、骨髄細胞及び全形成能細胞のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記準備が、ヒト又は動物から生理的液体を取り出すことを含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記気体及び高周波音波の発射が、前記液状媒質への光増感分子の添加なしに行われる、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記気体が空気からなる、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記気体及び高周波超音波の照射が前記液状媒質中での遊離基の形成を促進する、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記気体及び高周波超音波の照射が前記液状媒質中での未分化細胞に有毒な分子の形成を促進する、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質に電磁波を照射することを含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記電磁波がマイクロウェーブ、赤外線、可視線、紫外線又はレーザーの1以上からなる、請求項27記載の方法。
- 前記液状媒質中で増殖する可能性のある微生物を一定濃度レベル以下に減少又は維持することを含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 液状媒質を保持するチャンバ;
約200kHzと数MHzの間で、且つ、低周波音波照射に伴う機械的作用を制限する出力で、高周波音波を前記液状媒質に照射するために前記チャンバについて配置されている超音波発生器;
前記チャンバ内で且つ前記超音波発生器により発生する超音波の中に気体を発射するために前記チャンバ及び前記超音波発生器について配置されている気体発生器
を備えており、前記チャンバ、前記超音波発生器、及び、前記気体発生器は、前記チャンバ内の液状媒質中に存在する未分化細胞及び/又は微生物の回収限界値を制限するように構成されている、液状媒質処理装置。 - 前記チャンバ内に照射される超音波が前記チャンバ内の液状媒質中に定常波現象を発生させないように、前記超音波発生器が前記チャンバの軸線に対して斜めに配置されている、請求項30記載の装置。
- 前記超音波発生器が前記チャンバの基部に配置されている、請求項30記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ内で且つ前記超音波発生器により発生する超音波の中に電磁波を照射するために前記チャンバ、前記超音波発生器、及び、前記気体発生器について配置されている電磁波発生器を更に備える、請求項30記載の装置。
- 前記電磁波発生器がマイクロウェーブ、赤外線、可視線、紫外線又はレーザーの1以上を照射するように配置されている、請求項33記載の装置。
- 前記気体発生器が空気を発射する、請求項33記載の装置。
