Claims (15)
- 可視面上に装飾材料(8)、特に皮革装飾(9)が装備される担持部品(6)において、エアバッグ出口開口用の脆弱化域(3)、特に所定の破断点(4)を作製するための方法であって、前記担持部品(6)に第1の手段を使用して脆弱化部分が設けられるとともに、前記装飾材料(8)の脆弱化が別の手段を使用して前記担持部品の前記脆弱化部分を通じて実施され、前記担持部品の脆弱化及び前記装飾材料の脆弱化が時間的に互いに近接して、好ましくは同時に行われることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記担持部品(6)における脆弱化が前記担持部品(6)を通じる少なくとも1つの開口(11)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記担持部品(6)の脆弱化が材料の切削又は除去による機械加工の結果として、特にフライス工具又はレーザによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾材料(8)の脆弱化が、前記装飾材料に入り込むものの好ましくは前記装飾材料を貫通しない少なくとも1つの凹部(12)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾材料(8)における前記凹部(12)が直線的配置の止まり穴として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾材料(8)の脆弱化が、レーザ、特に炭酸ガス(CO2)レーザ又はエルビウムYAKレーザによる機械加工により行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザが、材料の切削又は除去による前記担持部品(6)の機械加工用の前記工具、特に前記フライス工具又は他のレーザを通じて、前記装飾材料(8)まで誘導されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザが、材料の切削又は除去による前記担持部品(6)の機械加工用の前記工具、特に前記フライス工具又は他のレーザ越しに、前記装飾材料(8)まで誘導されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記開口(11)が前記担持部品(6)を通じて前記担持部品と前記装飾材料(8)との間に位置する発泡層(10)内に至るまで誘導されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法により作製される、可視面上に装飾材料(8)、特に皮革装飾(9)が装備される担持部品(6)を備える構成部品、特に自動車用内装部品。
- 切削工具を動作させるための駆動装置、レーザ光源及び前記レーザ(レーザ光15)を前記切削工具の作業領域に誘導するための装置を備える、請求項6に記載の方法を実行するための装置。
- 前記切削工具が、前記レーザ(レーザ光15)を誘導し得る縦孔が設けられるエンドミル(13)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記切削工具が、前記レーザ(レーザ光15)を誘導し得る割線状の孔が設けられる側フライス(19)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザ(レーザ光15)が前記切削工具越しに誘導され得ることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 第1及び第2のレーザ光源及び前記第1のレーザ(レーザ光15)を前記第2のレーザ(レーザ光20)の作業領域へと誘導するための装置を備える、請求項6に記載の方法を実行するための装置。
