Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une planche de bord de véhicule automobile dont la peau (1) est réalisée en textile, ladite planche de bord comportant une trappe pour coussin gonflable de sécurité formée par une ligne de pré-affaiblissement (4) et étant constituée par une couche visible (5) comprenant notamment la peau en matière textile (1) et reliée à un substrat (6) par l'intermédiaire d'une couche de liaison (7).Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à i) réaliser la couche visible (5), ii) rapporter ladite couche visible (5) sur le substrat (6)) par l'intermédiaire de la couche de liaison (7), puis iii) réaliser la ligne de pré-affaiblissement (4) délimitant la trappe du coussin gonflable par deux découpes (8, 9) successives et distinctes dont l'une (9) est réalisée dans la rainure obtenue par la première découpe (8).Elle a également pour objet une planche de bord de véhicule automobile.
