Abstract
Le procédé est prévu pour la réalisation d'un élément de garnissage (1) comprenant au moins une couche de mousse (4) et une couche externe (6) s'étendant sur une face externe (10) de la couche de mousse (4). Le procédé comprend la réalisation par découpe au laser d'une encoche (14) dans une zone d'affaiblissement (12) de la couche de mousse (4). Dans ce procédé, une couche de recouvrement (30) est disposée sur la face externe (10) au moins en regard de la zone d'affaiblissement (12) avant la découpe au laser de l'encoche (14), ladite couche de recouvrement (30) est séparée de la couche de mousse (4) après la découpe au laser de l'encoche (14), et la couche externe (6) est disposée sur la face externe (10) après la séparation de la couche de recouvrement (30).
