Description
鋳造製品が、
− “マスフロー” をもち、すなわち連続鋳造の出口から時間単位に流れる鋼の量が十分に高く、特に連続鋳造の出口における鋳造製品の速度が3m/分以上である場合、
−鋳造製品の所謂“サウンドセンター”が中断せずに直接インラインで圧延される前に固化されることを確実にするために、例えば本出願人の名義の欧州特許第0603330号の教示内容に従って液体芯縮小処理(“ソフト縮小”)を受ける場合、及び
深さではなく表面層のみを通して温度を等化するために連続鋳造の出口において誘導路に沿って通るようにされる、特に、必要な時にはいつでも鋳造鋼の速度及び形式の関数で、隅角部において冷却を低減しかつ鋳造製品をさらに加熱するようにされる場合、
可能となることが分かった。
Claims (8)
- 液体芯縮小工程を含み、後に誘導加熱工程が続く、120〜400mmの範囲の厚さをもち多量の鋼の“マスフロー”すなわち連続鋳造の出口において時間単位で流れる鋼の量のブルーム/ビレットの連続鋳造工程によって、多数のスタンドにおける圧延工程の終了まで中断せずに、棒材、線材、山形鋼、梁材及びレールのような長尺鋼製品を製造する方法において、
圧延工程に入る際の製品の平均温度が表面温度より高く、芯又は中間内部領域における温度と約1200℃である表面温度との差が少なくとも100℃であることを特徴とする長尺鋼製品の製造方法。 - 上記誘導加熱工程と圧延工程との間にスケール除去工程が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の長尺鋼製品の製造方法。
- 圧延スタンドの間の中間に、少なくとも付加的な誘導加熱工程が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の長尺鋼製品の製造方法。
- 圧延スタンドの間の中間に、少なくとも冷却工程が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項記載の長尺鋼製品の製造方法。
- 鋳造製品(10)の液体芯縮小工程を含み、中断せずに鋳造製品(10)が供給される多数のスタンドを備えた仕上げ圧延機(4)の上流に誘導加熱炉(2)を有する連続鋳造機(1)によって、120〜400mmの範囲の厚さをもつブルーム/ビレットから棒材、線材、山形鋼、梁材及びレールのような長尺鋼製品を製造するプラントにおいて、
第1圧延スタンドの入口における製品の平均温度が表面温度より高く、芯又は中間内部領域における温度が約1200℃である表面温度より少なくとも100℃高く、連続鋳造機(1)の出口と圧延機(4)との間の距離が30m以下であることを特徴とする長尺鋼製品の製造プラント。 - さらに、誘導加熱炉(2)と圧延機(4)との間にスケール除去装置(3)を有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の長尺鋼製品の製造プラント。
- さらに、圧延スタンド(4)間の中間に少なくとも付加的な誘導加熱炉を有することを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6記載の長尺鋼製品の製造プラント。
- さらに、圧延スタンド(4)間に中間冷却手段(5、5’)を有することを特徴とする請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか一項記載の長尺鋼製品の製造プラント。
