Claims (8)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Processo para fabricar produtos compridos de aço (tais como barras, arame, cantoneiras, vigas e trilhos) a partir de uma etapa de lingotamento contínuo de blocos/tarugos com espessura entre 120 e 400 mm e fluxo de massa, isto é, a quantidade de aço que escoa por unidade de tempo na saída do lingotamento contínuo > 3 m/min, esta etapa incluindo uma redução do núcleo líquido e seguida por uma etapa de aquecimento por indução, sem interrupções até o final de uma etapa de laminação em uma pluralidade de cadeiras, caracterizado pelo fato de que, quando entra na etapa de laminação, a temperatura média do produto é maior que a temperatura superficial, e a diferença entre a temperatura no núcleo ou região interna intermediária e a temperatura superficial, que é 1.200 °C, é de pelo menos 100 °C.
- 2. Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que é provida uma etapa de descarepação entre a dita etapa de aquecimento por indução e a laminação.
- 3. Processo, de acordo com a reivindicação 1 ou 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que é provida pelo menos uma etapa de aquecimento adicional, intermediária às cadeiras de laminação.
- 4. Processo, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações anteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que é provida pelo menos uma etapa de resfriamento, intermediária às cadeiras de laminação.
- 5. Usina para fabricar produtos compridos de aço (tais como barras, arame, cantoneiras, vigas e trilhos) a partir de blocos/tarugos com espessura entre 120 e 400 mm a partir de um lingotamento contínuo (1) com redução de núcleo líquido do produto do lingotamento (10), compreendendo um forno de aquecimento por indução (2) a montante de um laminador de acabamento (4) com uma pluralidade de cadeiras, na qual o dito produto (10) é alimentado sem interrupção, caracterizada pelo fato de que, na entrada da primeira cadeira de laminação, a temperatura média do produto é maior que a temperatura superficial e, no núcleo ou região intermediária interna, é de pelo menos 100 °C maior que a dita temperaturaPetição 870180070202, de 13/08/2018, pág. 15/172/2 superficial, que é 1.200 °C, a distância entre a saída do lingotamento contínuo (1) e o laminador (4) não sendo maior que 30 m.
- 6. Usina, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende adicionalmente um descarepador (3) entre o forno de indução (2) e o laminador (4).
- 7. Usina, de acordo com a reivindicação 5 ou 6, caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende adicionalmente pelo menos um forno de aquecimento por indução intermediário nas cadeiras de laminação (4).
- 8. Usina, de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicação 5-7, caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende adicionalmente dispositivo de resfriamento intermediário (5, 5') nas cadeiras de laminação (4).
