Abstract
Proces proizvodnje čeličnih proizvoda velike dužine, kao što su čelične šipke, žice, kutni čelični komadi, grede i šine, postupkom koji sadrži korak kontinualnog izlijevanja poluproizvoda izlazne debljine 120-400 mm i "protoka mase" tj. količine čelika koja u jedinici vremena istječe iz procesa kontinualnog lijevanja, koji je 3 m/min, pri čemu spomenuti korak proizvodnog procesa sadrži i korak smanjenja osne (centralne) likvacije, praćen korakom indukcijskog zagrijavanja i završnim korakom obrade valjanjem u nizu valjačkih stanova, pri čemu je cijeli postupak, koji se odvija kontinualno i bez prekida, naznačen time što je srednja temperatura poluproizvoda na ulazu u valjaonicu viša od temperature na površini spomenutog poluproizvoda, dok razlika temperatura u jezgri i na površini poluproizvoda (gdje se temperatura kreće oko 1200°C), iznosi najmanje 100°C. Patent sadrži još 7 patentnih zahtjeva.
Claims (8)
1. Proces proizvodnje čeličnih proizvoda velike dužine, kao što su čelične šipke, žice, kutni čelični komadi, grede i šine, postupkom koji sadrži korak kontinualnog izlijevanja poluproizvoda izlazne debljine 120-400 mm i “protoka mase” tj. količine čelika koja u jedinici vremena istječe iz procesa kontinualnog lijevanja, koji je > 3 m/min, pri čemu spomenuti korak proizvodnog procesa sadrži i korak smanjenja osne (centralne) likvacije, praćen korakom indukcijskog zagrijavanja i završnim korakom obrade valjanjem u nizu valjačkih stanova, pri čemu je cijeli postupak, koji se odvija kontinualno i bez prekida, naznačen time što je srednja temperatura poluproizvoda na ulazu u valjaonicu viša od temperature na površini spomenutog poluproizvoda, dok razlika temperatura u jezgri i na površini poluproizvoda (gdje se temperatura kreće oko 1200°C), iznosi najmanje 100°C.
2. Proces proizvodnje iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, naznačen time, što je između spomenutog proizvodnog koraka indukcijskog grijanja i koraka obrade valjanjem, predviđen korak čišćenja.
3. Proces proizvodnje iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je između valjačkih stanova predviđen najmanje još jedan dodatni korak indukcijskog grijanja.
4. Proces proizvodnje iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je između valjačkih stanova osiguran najmanje jedan korak međuhlađenja.
5. Postrojenje za proizvodnju čeličnih proizvoda velike dužine, kao što su čelične šipke, žice, kutni čelični komadi, grede i šine, u okviru kojeg se u postrojenju za kontinualno lijevanje (1) dobijaju čelični poluproizvodi (10) debljine 120-400 mm, koji se potom podvrgavaju postupku smanjenja osne (centralne) likvacije i grijanju u indukcijskoj peći (2) postavljenoj ispred (gledano u smjeru odvijanja proizvodnog procesa) valjaonice (4), koja sadrži veći broj valjačkih stanova, pri čemu se poluproizvod (10) kontinualno i bez prekida dovodi u valjaonicu (4) i pri čemu je predmetno postrojenje, naznačeno time što je na ulazu u prvi u nizu valjačkih stanova srednja temperatura poluproizvoda viša od temperature na površini spomenutog poluproizvoda, dok je temperatura u jezgri ili središnjoj unutrašnjoj zoni poluproizvoda najmanje 100°C viša od površinske temperature poluproizvoda, koja iznosi oko 1200°C i pri čemu udaljenost ulaza valjaonice (4) od izlaza sustava kontinualnog lijevanja (1) nije veća od 30 m.
6. Postrojenje iz patentnog zahtjeva 5, naznačeno time što pored prethodnono navedenih elemenata, sadrži i sustav za čišćenje (3) koji je postavljen između indukcijske peći (2) i valjaonice (4).
7. Postrojenje iz patentnih zahtjeva 5 i 6, naznačeno time što, pored prethodno navedenih elemenata, sadrži i najmanje jednu dodatnu indukcijsku grijaću peć postavljenu između valjačkih stanova (4).
8. Postrojenje iz patentnih zahtjeva 5 - 7, naznačeno time što, pored prethodno navedenih elemenata, sadrži i elemente za međuhlađenje (5, 5’) koji su postavljeni između valjačkih stanova (4).
