Abstract
【解決手段】インナロータ22を高速回転させ、シリコンオイルSによる圧力が所定値以上になると、連通路42から連通路44へ向かうシリコンオイルSによる圧力が増大し、コイルスプリング62の付勢力の抗する方向へ向かってピストン52が押圧され、キャップ64に当接する。これにより、円弧溝50は分断され、連通口46から円弧溝50へシリコンオイルSが流動することはなく、連通路42と連通路44とは非連通状態となる。これにより、インナロータ22に作用するトルクが増大し、減衰力が大きくなる。つまり、本発明では、インナロータ22の回転速度に応じて、インナロータ22へ作用するトルクを可変させることができる。

Description
(第1の実施形態)
図1に示すように、ダンパ10には、略円筒状を成す有底のハウジング12が備えられている。ここで、説明の便宜上、ハウジング12の開口側をダンパ10の上側、底部側をダンパ10の下側として各部品の説明を行う。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係るダンパについて説明する。なお、第1の実施形態と略同一の内容については説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3の実施形態に係るダンパについて説明する。なお、第1及び第2の実施形態と略同一の内容については説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に設けられた中空状のアウタロータと、
前記アウタロータの内側に配置され、アウタロータとの間に粘性流体が充填された複数の液室を構成し、該アウタロータの軸芯に対して偏心した状態で回転するインナロータと、
前記液室同士を繋ぐ連通路と、
前記連通路内を移動し、前記インナロータの回転により該連通路内の圧力が所定値以上になると、該連通路を閉じ、又は該連通路の流路面積を絞り、連通路内の圧力が所定値未満になると、該連通路を開くバルブ手段と、
を有することを特徴とするダンパ。 - 前記インナロータが第1トロコイド歯形を有しており、前記アウタロータの内周面に前記第1トロコイド歯形と噛合う第2トロコイド歯形が形成され、前記第1トロコイド歯形と前記第2トロコイド歯形とで、前記液室が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパ。
- 前記液室が、粘性流体の流動移動によって、正圧が生じる複数の正圧側液室と、負圧が生じる複数の負圧側液室と、に分かれ、前記連通路で前記正圧側液室と前記負圧側液室を繋ぐことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のダンパ。
- 前記バルブ手段が、前記連通路内を移動可能に設けられ、前記液室との連通口を開閉する弁体と、前記弁体を前記連通口を開放させる方向へ付勢する付勢手段と、を含んで構成されたこと特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のダンパ。
- 前記弁体が略カップ状を成すピストンであり、前記ピストンの底部にオリフィスが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のダンパ。
- 前記ピストンの内部に前記付勢手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のダンパ。
- 前記ピストンを前記正圧側液室側の前記連通路及び前記負圧側液室側の連通路にそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のダンパ。
