Abstract
Description
モバイル装置の技術開発及び需要増加により、エネルギー供給源として二次バッテリーの需要が急速に伸びている。これらの二次バッテリーの中で、リチウム二次バッテリーに多くの調査及び研究が集中しており、そのようなリチウム二次バッテリーは商業化され、広く使用されている。
本発明の一態様で、上記の、及び他の目的は、難燃性を付与した接着性部材をバッテリーセルの外側に有するバッテリーパックを提供することにより達成することができる。
上記の説明から明らかなように、本発明により、バッテリーの機能的部品に悪影響を及ぼさずに、余分な空間を必要とせずに、さらに、バッテリーパックの製造工程を変えずに、あるいは新しい方法を加えずに、難燃性が改良された小型バッテリーパックを製造することができる。
Claims (11)
- 小型バッテリーパックであって、
カソード、アノード、セパレータ及び電解質から構成された電極アセンブリーと、並びに、前記電極アセンブリーを中に密封した状態で含むバッテリーパックケースとを備えてなるバッテリーセルの外側に、難燃剤接着性部材を有する、小型バッテリーパック。 - 前記接着性部材が、前記バッテリーセルと、前記バッテリーセルを収容する前記バッテリーパックケースとの間を接着するための両面接着性テープである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接着性部材が、包装部材を前記バッテリーセルの外側表面またはバッテリーパックケースに取り付けるための接着剤である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記両面接着性テープが、ベースフィルム及び前記ベースフィルムの両側に塗布された接着剤層から構成されてなり、
難燃剤を、前記ベースフィルム又は接着剤層に、若しくは前記ベースフィルム及び接着剤層に添加することにより、或いは難燃性材料を使用して前記ベースフィルム及び/または接着剤層を製造することにより、難燃性が付与される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記接着剤が、前記包装部材の片側に塗布された接着剤層である、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記難燃剤が前記接着剤層に添加され、それによって難燃性が付与される、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベースフィルム又は包装部材がポリエステルフィルムであり、前記接着剤層がアクリル材料から形成されるものである、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルが二次バッテリーである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記二次バッテリーがリチウム二次バッテリーである、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルが小袋形バッテリーセル又は正方形バッテリーセルである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 中型及び大型バッテリーパックであって、
カソード、アノード、セパレータ及び電解質から構成された電極アセンブリーと、並びに、前記電極アセンブリーを中に密封された状態で含むバッテリーケースを備えてなるバッテリーセルを複数備えてなり、前記バッテリーセルの外側にある接着性部材に難燃性が付与されてなる、中型及び大型バッテリーパック。
