Abstract
Description
内部短絡、過充電状態、高温への露出、衝撃のような電池の非正常な作動状態のため、電池の内部が高温になっても電池の発火を防止できる安全性向上のための二次電池用二重パウチを提供することにその目的がある。

Claims (15)
- 安全部材を備える二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記安全部材は、パウチの内部に層またはブロック形態で備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記安全部材は、パウチの外部に層またはブロック形態で備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記安全部材は、80℃以上の一定の融点を有する樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記80℃以上の一定の融点を有する樹脂は、難燃性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記難燃性樹脂は、1つ以上の難燃性エラストマー樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記難燃性エラストマー樹脂は、変形PPE(Polyphenylene Ether)樹脂、エチレンプロピレンジエン単量体エラストマー(Ethylene−propylene−diene monomer elastomer)、及びエチレンビニルアセテート共重合体(Ethylene−vinyl acetate copolymer)からなる群より選ばれるいずれか1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記難燃性樹脂は、ABC(acrylonitrile−butadiene−styrene)樹脂、ACS樹脂(acrylonitrile chlorinated polyethylene styrene terpolymer)、AXS樹脂(acrylonitrile styrene acrylic ester)、AAS樹脂(acrylonitrile styrene acrylic ester copolymer)、塩化ビニル樹脂(polyvinyl chloride resin)、ナイロン6単量体(Nylon 6 monomer)、ポリクロロプレン(Polychloroprene)、トランス−1,4−ポリイソプレン(trans−1,4−Polyisoprene)、ポリプロピレンオキシド(Polypropylene oxide)からなる群より選ばれるいずれか1つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記安全部材は、内部に難燃性液体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記難燃性液体は、リン酸エステル系難燃性ゲルであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記安全部材は、1枚の正極の厚さより厚く、電極組立体の厚さよりは薄い厚さで備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記二重パウチは、少なくとも2層以上からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記二重パウチは、金属層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 前記金属層は、アルミニウムまたは酸化ケイ素のうち、いずれか1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池用二重パウチ。
- 正極活物質及び正極集電体を備える正極と、
負極活物質及び負極集電体を備える負極と、
