Abstract
Description
融不織布を提供する。本不織布は、10%未満の+のボンド面積%を持ってよく、あるい

Claims (22)
- 熱可塑性連続繊維および融合ボンドパターンでできた吸水スパン溶融不織布であって、該吸水スパン溶融不織布が:
(i)10%未満の+の融合ボンド面積%;および
(ii)該融合ボンドパターンが異方性である場合、少なくとも10%の融合ボンド面積%
のうちの1つを持っている、不織布。 - 熱可塑性連続繊維および融合ボンドパターンでできた吸水スパン溶融不織布であって、該吸水スパン溶融不織布が、少なくとも10%の融合ボンド面積%を持っており、該融合ボンドパターンが異方性である、不織布。
- 直交して差をもって、融合ボンドでボンドされている、請求項2の不織布。
- 前記不織布が吸水後、カリパスの増加および柔らかさの増加の両方を、吸水前の当該不織布に相対的に呈する、請求項2の不織布。
- 前記不織布が吸水後、カリパスの少なくとも50%の増加を、吸水前の当該不織布に相対的に呈する、請求項2の不織布。
- 前記ボンドが、最大寸法dおよび最大ボンド分離少なくとも4dを持つ、請求項2の不織布。
- 基礎重量5〜50gsmを持っている、請求項2の不織布。
- 前記不織布が吸水後、吸水前の引っ張り強度の少なくとも75%の引っ張り強度を呈する、請求項2の不織布。
- 10%未満の+の融合ボンド面積%を持っている、請求項1の不織布。
- 請求項1の不織布を包含している、吸収物品。
- 請求項1の不織布を包含している、非吸収物品。
- 請求項1の不織布を包含している、積層体もしくはブレンド。
- その表面エネルギーを修飾している仕上げを包含している、請求項1の不織布。
- その共ドレープできる性質を増加させている仕上げを包含している、請求項1の不織布。
- 融合ボンドパターンを持っている吸水合成繊維構造であって、該構造が:
(i)10%未満の+の融合ボンド面積%;および
(ii)該融合ボンドパターンが異方性である場合、少なくとも10%の融合ボンド面積%
のうちの1つを持っている、繊維構造。 - 熱可塑性連続繊維を持っているスパン溶融不織布でできた、請求項15の繊維構造。
- 更にスクリムを包含している、請求項11の積層体もしくはブレンド。
- 前記積層体が、1層の前記スクリムを、1層の前記不織布に隣接もしくは離れて持つ、請求項17の積層体もしくはブレンド。
- 前記積層体が、1層の前記不織布を、1層の前記スクリムの反対側に持つ、請求項17の積層体もしくはブレンド。
- 更にパルプを包含している、請求項11の積層体もしくはブレンド。
- 前記積層体が、1層の前記パルプを、1層の前記不織布に隣接もしくは離れて持つ、請求項20の積層体もしくはブレンド。
- 前記積層体が、1層の前記不織布を、1層の前記パルプの反対側に持つ、請求項20の積層体もしくはブレンド。
