Claims (15)
- 融着パターンで接着された熱可塑性連続繊維でできたスパンメルト不織布にハイドロエンゴルジメントを施して得られるハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布であって、
該融着パターンが異方性であって、かつ、少なくとも10%の融着面積割合を有するハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。 - ハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布は、ハイドロエンゴルジメント前のスパンメルト不織布と比べて、厚さの増加および柔らかさの増加の両方を示す請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。
- ハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布は、ハイドロエンゴルジメント前のスパンメルト不織布と比べて、少なくとも50%の厚さの増加を示す請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。
- 前記融着パターンで接着された部分は、各接着部分の最大寸法の少なくとも4倍の最大接着間隔を有する請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。
- 5〜50gsmの坪量を有する請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。
- ハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布が、ハイドロエンゴルジメント前の引張強度の少なくとも75%のハイドロエンゴルジメント後の引張強度を示す請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。
- 請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布を包含する積層体。
- 不織布の表面エネルギーを変更する仕上げを包含する請求項1に記載のハイドロエンゴルジスパンメルト不織布。
- 融着パターンで接着された合成繊維構造にハイドロエンゴルジメントを施して得られるハイドロエンゴルジ合成繊維構造であって、

- 更にパルプを包含する請求項7に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体が、1層の前記パルプを、1層の前記不織布に隣接もしくは離れて有する請求項13に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体が、前記不織布の第1層と前記不織布の第2層とを含み、前記パルプが、前記第1層と前記第2層との間に配置されている請求項13に記載の積層体。
