Abstract
【選択図】なし
Description
1.最大残炎時間≦10秒(各着火毎)。
2.10回の着火による残炎時間の合計時間が50秒以内。
3.(残炎時間+残じん時間)の最大時間が30秒以内。
4.保持クランプまで燃焼又は無炎燃焼する試験片がない。
5.ドリップによるコットンの着火がない。
UL−94Vは、装置及び器具の部品の安全性を試験するためのUL(アンダーライター ラボラトリーズ(Underwriter Laboratories))基準である。
組成物はいずれも同一条件で調製した。
オールラウンダー(Allrounder)500 150(アーブルグ(Arburg)社)にて射出成形することにより試験片を調製した。全試験片は同一条件で調製した。射出成形条件を表3に示す。
UL−94試験を行う前に、70℃で168時間、続いて23℃で168時間、試験片をコンディショニングする。
(a)JP11323064に基づく組成物(参照例6)は、V−0燃焼性試験に十分合格するものの、カーボンブラック顔料を1重量%含有させると(参照例7)、残じん時間が長くなりV−1に等級が下がる。
Claims (27)
- スチレン含有ポリマーのための難燃性組成物であって、トリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジン(FR−245)と、三酸化アンチモンと、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)とを含み、前記難燃性組成物中の臭素濃度は約9.0〜約10.5重量%であって、前記三酸化アンチモンの濃度は約3.2重量%未満である難燃性組成物。
- 三酸化アンチモンの濃度が約1.8〜約3.2重量%であり、PTFEの濃度が約0.03〜約0.2重量%である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 臭素濃度が約10重量%、三酸化アンチモンの濃度が約3.0重量%、PTFEの濃度が約0.1重量%である、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性組成物。
- 臭素濃度が約10重量%、三酸化アンチモンの濃度が約2.5重量%、PTFEの濃度が約0.1重量%である、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性組成物。
- カーボンブラックを更に含む請求項1に記載の難燃性組成物であって、前記難燃性組成物中の臭素濃度は約9.0〜約10.5重量%であって、前記三酸化アンチモンの濃度は約3.2重量%未満である難燃性組成物。
- カーボンブラックの濃度は約0.3〜約2重量%である、請求項5に記載の難燃性組成物。
- 臭素濃度が約10重量%、三酸化アンチモンの濃度が約3.0重量%、PTFEの濃度が約0.1重量%、カーボンブラックの濃度が約1.0重量%である、請求項5又は6のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性組成物。
- 臭素濃度が約10重量%、三酸化アンチモンの濃度が約2.5重量%、PTFEの濃度が約0.1重量%、カーボンブラックの濃度が約1.0重量%である、請求項5又は6のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性組成物。
- 臭素化エポキシ樹脂(BEO)又は末端封鎖臭素化エポキシ樹脂(MBEO)を更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の難燃性組成物。
- 前記BEO又はMBEOの臭素が少なくとも3重量%である、請求項9に記載の難燃性組成物。
- 射出成形用又は押出し用難燃性組成物を含む難燃化スチレン含有ポリマーであって、前記難燃性組成物は、トリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジン(FR−245)と、三酸化アンチモンと、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)と、任意的にカーボンブラックとを含み、前記難燃性組成物中の臭素濃度は約9.0〜約10.5重量%であって、三酸化アンチモンの濃度は約3.2重量%未満である、難燃化スチレン含有ポリマー。
- 三酸化アンチモンの濃度は約1.8〜約3.2重量%であって、PTFEの濃度は約0.03〜約0.2重量%である、請求項11に記載のポリマー。
- 難燃性組成物は臭素化エポキシ樹脂(BEO)を更に含む、請求項12に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマー。
- 前記BEOの臭素濃度は約3重量%である、請求項13に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマー。
- カーボンブラックの濃度は約0.3〜約2重量%である、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマー。
- 請求項11に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマーにおいて、前記ポリマーは射出成形用又は押出し用難燃性組成物を含み、前記組成物は、トリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジン(FR−245)に基本的に含まれる臭素を濃度約10重量%と、三酸化アンチモンを濃度約3.0重量%と、PTFEを濃度約0.1重量%と、カーボンブラックを濃度約1.0重量%とを含むポリマー。
- 請求項11に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマーにおいて、前記ポリマーは射出成形用又は押出し用難燃性組成物を含み、前記組成物は、トリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジン(FR−245)に基本的に含まれる臭素を濃度約10重量%と、三酸化アンチモンを濃度約2.5重量%と、PTFEを濃度約0.1重量%と、カーボンブラックを濃度約1.0重量%とを含むポリマー。
- 請求項11に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマーにおいて、前記ポリマーは射出成形用又は押出し用難燃性組成物を含み、前記組成物は、トリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジン(FR−245)とBEOとに基本的に含まれる臭素を濃度約10重量%と、三酸化アンチモンを濃度約2.5重量%と、PTFEを濃度約0.1重量%と、カーボンブラックを濃度約1.0重量%とを含むポリマー。
- 前記ポリマーはハイインパクトポリスチレン(HIPS)である、請求項11〜18のいずれか1項に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマー。
- 前記ポリマーはアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンポリマー(ABS)である、請求項11〜18のいずれか1項に記載の難燃化スチレン含有ポリマー。
- スチレン含有ポリマーの難燃性向上のための方法であって、前記ポリマーは難燃性組成物を含み、前記難燃性組成物はトリス(2,4,6−トリブロモフェノキシ)−s−トリアジン(FR−245)と、三酸化アンチモンと、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)と、任意的にカーボンブラックと、臭素化エポキシ樹脂(BEO)又は末端封鎖臭素化エポキシ樹脂(MBEO)とを含み、前記向上は、前記難燃性組成物中の前記三酸化アンチモンの濃度を3.2重量%以下のレベルに低減させることを含む方法。
- 難燃性組成物中の臭素濃度は約9.0〜約10.5重量%、三酸化アンチモンの濃度は約1.8〜約3.2重量%、PTFEの濃度は約0.03〜0.2重量%である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- BEO又はMBEOに由来する臭素の濃度は約3重量%である、請求項21又は22に記載の方法。
- スチレン含有ポリマーはHIPSである、請求項21〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- スチレン含有ポリマーはABSである、請求項21〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 実質的に記載され例示されている、スチレン含有ポリマーのための難燃性組成物。
