Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る積層インダクタ部品は、フェライト材料と添加物成分とから形成される複数の磁性体層が積層された積層部4と、積層部4内に配置された導体部5とを備え、フェライト材料が、30〜45mol%のFe2O3と、45〜58mol%のNiOと、6〜10mol%のCuOと、0〜3mol%のZnOとを含み、添加物成分に含まれるCoOの含有率が、フェライト材料全体に対して0.1〜2.5質量%であり、1GHz以上の動作周波数で500Ω以上のインピーダンスピークを有する。

Description
[積層型チップビーズの作製]
上述した製造方法に従い、以下のようにして、実施例1の積層型チップビーズを作製した。
表1〜4に示す組成を有する各フェライト粉末を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、実施例2〜15、比較例1〜14、16〜31の積層型チップビーズをそれぞれ作製しした。
[焼結密度の測定]
実施例1〜15、比較例1〜14、16〜31の焼成後の積層部4の密度(以下、焼結密度と記す)をそれぞれ測定した。結果を表1〜4に示す。焼結密度は5.00g/cm3以上であることが好ましい。
実施例1〜15、比較例1〜14、16〜31の各積層型チップビーズに対して、直列共振周波数fr、直列共振周波数frでのインピーダンスピーク値frZ、および周波数100MHzでのインピーダンス値の測定を行った。測定装置として、ヒューレットパッカード社製HP−4291B RF Impedance/Material Analyzerを用いた。結果を表1〜4に示す。
Claims (1)
- 複数の磁性体層が積層された積層部と、前記積層部内に配置された導体部と、を備える積層インダクタ部品であって、
前記磁性体層が、フェライト材料と、添加物成分と、から形成され、
前記フェライト材料が、Fe2O3、NiO、CuO、及びZnOを含み、
前記Fe2O3が30〜45mol%であり、
前記NiOが45〜58mol%であり、
前記CuOが6〜10mol%であり、
前記ZnOが0〜3mol%であり、
前記添加物成分がCoOを含み、
前記CoOの含有率が、前記フェライト材料全体に対して0.1〜2.5質量%であり、
1GHz以上の動作周波数において500Ω以上のインピーダンスピークを有することを特徴とする積層インダクタ部品。
