Claims (2)
- 복수의 자성체층이 적층된 적층부와 상기 적층부내에 배치된 도체부를 구비하는 적층 인덕터 부품으로서,상기 자성체층이 페라이트 재료와 첨가물 성분으로 형성되고,상기 페라이트 재료가 Fe2O3, NiO, CuO 및 ZnO를 포함하고, 상기 Fe2O3가 30 내지 38mol%이고, 상기 NiO가 52.5 내지 58mol%이고, 상기 CuO가 6 내지 10mol%이고, 상기 ZnO가 0 내지 3mol%이고,상기 첨가물 성분이 CoO를 포함하고, 상기 CoO의 함유율이, 상기 페라이트 재료 총량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 2.5질량%이고,1GHz 이상의 동작 주파수에 있어서 500Ω이상의 임피던스 피크를 가지며,상기 적층부의 소결 밀도가 5.00g/㎤ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 인덕터 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100MHz의 주파수에서 47 내지 55Ω의 임피던스 피크를 갖는, 적층 인덕터 부품.
