Abstract
【解決手段】内輪回転タイプの従動輪側の車輪用軸受装置において、ナックル11が円板状の底部11aを有し、このナックル11の底部11aと車体取付フランジ10bが突き合わせ状態で外方部材10がナックル11にボルトを介して締結され、内方部材1のインナー側の端部がナックル11によって閉塞されると共に、このナックル11に複数のピン16が螺着され、これらピン16が嵌挿されるピン孔13が車体取付フランジ10bに穿設されてナックル11に対して外方部材10が径方向に位置決めされているので、外方部材10とナックル11との軸芯合せが容易にでき、各ボルト孔との位置合せが容易になって組立作業を簡便化することができる。

Description
図1は、本発明に係る車輪用軸受装置の一実施形態を示す縦断面図、図2は、図1の外方部材単体を示す正面図、図3は、位置決め用のピンの変形例を示す要部拡大図である。なお、以下の説明では、車両に組み付けた状態で車両の外側寄りとなる側をアウター側(図面左側)、中央寄り側をインナー側(図面右側)という。

Claims (6)
- 外周に懸架装置を構成するナックルに取り付けられる車体取付フランジを一体に有し、内周に複列の外側転走面が形成された外方部材と、
一端部に車輪取付フランジを一体に有し、外周に小径段部が形成されたハブ輪、およびこのハブ輪の小径段部に圧入された少なくとも一つの内輪からなり、外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
この内方部材と前記外方部材の両転走面間に保持器を介して転動自在に収容された複列の転動体とを備えた従動輪側の車輪用軸受装置において、
前記ナックルが円板状の底部を有し、このナックルの底部と前記車体取付フランジが突き合わせ状態で前記外方部材が当該ナックルにボルトを介して締結され、前記内方部材のインナー側の端部が前記ナックルによって閉塞されると共に、このナックルに複数のピンが固定され、これらピンが嵌挿されるピン孔が前記車体取付フランジに穿設されて前記ナックルに対して前記外方部材が径方向に位置決めされていることを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - 前記ナックルの底部に雌ねじが形成されると共に、前記ピンが、前記ピン孔に嵌挿される先端部と、前記雌ねじに螺着されるねじ部とを備えている請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ピンの先端部が前記ねじ部よりも小径に形成され、当該ピンが段付き形状に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ピンの先端部とねじ部との間に鍔部が一体に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記ナックルの底部にピン孔が形成される共に、このピン孔に所定のシメシロを介して当該ピンが圧入されている請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記内方部材が、外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する一方の内側転走面と、この内側転走面から軸方向に延びる小径段部が形成されたハブ輪、およびこのハブ輪の小径段部に所定のシメシロを介して圧入され、外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する他方の内側転走面が形成された内輪からなると共に、前記小径段部の端部を径方向外方に塑性変形させて形成した加締部によって所定の軸受予圧が付与された状態で前記内輪が軸方向に固定されている請求項1乃至5いずれかに記載の車輪用軸受装置。
