Abstract
【解決手段】光源ユニット10から、互いに波長が異なるとともに、同一の時間帯にそれぞれ所定の波長帯域内で波長が変化する複数の光束La、Lbが射出される。光分割手段3は光束La、Lbをそれぞれ測定光L1a、L1bと参照光L2a、L2bとに分割する。合波手段4a、4bは測定光L1a、L1bが測定対象Sに照射されたときの反射光L3a、L3bと参照光L2a、L2bとを各光束ごとにそれぞれ合波する。合分波手段5は、波長域に応じて光束の進行方向を制御し、測定光L1a、L1bを合波し、反射光L3a、L3bを分波する。干渉光検出手段40a、40bは上記合波により生ずる干渉光L4a、L4bを干渉信号ISa、ISbとして各光束ごとに検出する。

で表され、例えば図4に示すようなグラフで表される。ここで、kは波数、lは参照光L2aと反射光L3aとの光路長差である。式(1)は波数kを変数とする光周波数領域のインターフェログラムとして与えられていると考えることができる。よって、周波数解析手段51において、干渉光検出手段40aの検出によるスペクトル干渉縞をフーリエ変換により周波数解析することにより、各波長における干渉信号ISaの光強度S(l)を決定することができ、図5に示すように各深さ位置における反射率を求めることができる。そして、測定対象Sの測定開始位置からの距離情報と中間断層情報ra(z)とを取得する。同様に、第2周波数解析手段51bは干渉信号ISbについても測定開始位置からの距離情報と中間断層情報rb(z)とを取得する。つまり、周波数解析手段51において、測定対象Sの同一の照射部位から複数の中間断層情報ra(z)、rb(z)が取得されることになる。なお、周波数解析手段51は上述したフーリエ変換処理に限らず、たとえば最大エントロピー法(MEM)、Yule−Walker法等の公知のスペクトル解析技術を用いてそれぞれ中間断層情報ra(z)、rb(z)を取得するようにしてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 互いに波長が異なるとともに、同一の時間帯にそれぞれ所定の波長帯域内で波長が変化する複数の光束を射出する光源ユニットと、
該光源ユニットから射出された前記各光束をそれぞれ測定光と参照光とに分割する光分割手段と、
該分割手段により分割された複数の前記測定光が測定対象に照射されたときの該測定対象からの反射光と前記参照光とを前記各光束ごとにそれぞれ合波する合波手段と、
該合波手段により前記反射光と前記参照光とが合波されたときに生ずる複数の干渉光を干渉信号として前記各光束ごとに検出する複数の干渉光検出手段と、
該干渉光検出手段により検出された複数の前記干渉信号を用いて前記測定対象の断層画像を生成する断層画像処理手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする光断層画像化装置。 - 前記複数の光束のうち少なくとも2つの光束が、該各光束の前記波長帯域が互いに離散するとともに該波長帯域内においてそれぞれ連続したスペクトルを有するものであり、
前記断層画像処理手段が、前記少なくとも2つの光束による前記干渉信号を用いて前記測定対象の同一部位の断層画像を取得するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光断層画像化装置。 - 前記複数の光束のうち少なくとも2つの光束の前記波長帯域の一部が重畳しており、
前記光源ユニットと前記干渉光検出手段との間の光路に、重畳した前記一部の波長帯域の光を遮光する光学フィルタがさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光断層画像化装置。 - 前記複数の光束のうち少なくとも2つの光束の前記波長帯域の一部が重畳しており、
前記断層画像処理手段が、重畳した前記一部の波長帯域の光による前記干渉信号を除去するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光断層画像化装置。 - 前記光分割手段および前記合波手段が、前記各光束ごとにそれぞれ複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の光断層画像化装置。
