Abstract
【解決手段】血管内補綴の近位固定部材ステントリングは、近位頂点、遠位頂点、これら近位頂点と遠位頂点の間に延びる支柱、および、固定部材ピンを含んでいる。支柱、近位頂点、および、遠位頂点は、仮想上は、円筒面を定める。近位頂点の1個ごとに、隣接して1対の固定部材ピンが支柱に配置され、固定部材ピンは支柱の内側面から内向きに延びて、支柱を起点にして円筒面から放射方向外向きに突出する。固定部材ピンを内向きに配置することにより、近位固定部材ステントリングの搬送時の断面形状を最小にすることができる。

Claims (29)
- 血管内補綴であって、
近位固定部材ステントリングを備えており、近位固定部材ステントリングは、
複数の近位頂点と、
複数の遠位頂点と、
近位頂点と遠位頂点の間に延びる複数の支柱と、
近位頂点に隣接した位置で支柱に配置されている固定部材ピンとを含んでいる、
ことを特徴とする血管内補綴。 - 前記近位頂点の1個ごとに、隣接した位置で1対の前記固定部材ピンが前記支柱に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記近位固定部材ステントリングは一体成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記近位固定部材ステントリングは1本の管素材からレーザー切断された単体部材片であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記近位頂点は第1の近位頂点を含んでおり、前記支柱の第1の支柱および第2の支柱は第1の近位頂点を起点にして遠位方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記第1の近位頂点に隣接した位置で前記第1の支柱を起点として第1の固定部材ピンが延びており、前記第1の近位頂点に隣接した位置で前記第2の支柱を起点として第2の固定部材ピンが延びることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の血管内補綴。
- 垂線を基点にして前記第1の固定部材ピンの設ける角度および前記第2の固定部材ピンの設ける角度はいずれも、0度から50度の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の血管内補綴。
- 垂線を基点にして前記第1の固定部材ピンの設ける角度および前記第2の固定部材ピンの設ける角度はいずれも、45度であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記第1の支柱は前記第1の近位頂点の曲率面まで内側に延びる内側面を有しており、前記第1の固定部材ピンは第1の支柱の内側面を起点にして内向きに延びており、前記第2の支柱は前記第1の近位頂点の曲率面まで内側に延びる内側面を有しており、前記第2の固定部材ピンは第2の支柱の内側面を起点にして内向きに延びることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記第1の近位頂点は、前記第1の支柱の前記内側面および前記第2の支柱の前記内側面と一続きである内弧面を更に有していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記第1の支柱は前記第1の近位頂点の前記曲率面まで外側に延びる外側面を有しており、第1の支柱の外側面は第1の支柱の前記内側面よりも近位まで延びており、前記第2の支柱は前記第1の近位頂点の曲率面まで外側に延びる外側面を有しており、第2の支柱の外側面は第2の支柱の前記内側面よりも近位まで延びることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記第1の近位頂点は、前記第1の支柱の前記外側面および前記第2の支柱の前記外側面と一続きである外弧面を更に有していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記固定部材ピンは遠位先端部を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記遠位先端部は先鋭な尖点であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記固定部材ピンは前記近位固定部材ステントリングの前記支柱を起点にして放射方向外向きに突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記固定部材ピンは1ミリメートルから3ミリメートルの範囲の距離だけ前記近位固定部材ステントリングの前記支柱から放射方向外向きに突出していることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記固定部材ピンは2ミリメートルから3ミリメートルの範囲の距離だけ前記近位固定部材ステントリングの前記支柱から放射方向外向きに突出していることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記固定部材ピンと前記支柱との間の交差部の角度は約30度から75度の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記固定部材ピンと前記支柱との間の交差部の角度は45度であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記支柱、前記近位頂点、および、前記遠位頂点は円筒面を定めており、前記固定部材ピンは前記支柱を起点として前記円筒面から放射方向外向きに突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記近位頂点および前記固定部材ピンはスピンドルピン固定部を定めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記スピンドルピン固定部はスピンドルピンの受口となる窪みであることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記近位固定部材ステントリングは超弾性の自己拡張型形状記憶素材を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記近位固定部材ステントリングに取付けられる移植片部材を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記移植片部材に取付けられる支持構造体を更に備えており、支持構造体は前記近位固定部材ステントリングを有していることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記支持構造体は遠位ステントリングと、遠位ステントリングと前記近位固定部材ステントリングとの間に位置する複数のステントリングとを更に有していることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の血管内補綴。
- 前記血管内補綴はステント移植片を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の血管内補綴。
- 血管内補綴であって、
近位固定部材ステントリングを備えており、近位固定部材ステントリングは、
複数の近位頂点と、
複数の遠位頂点と、
近位頂点と遠位頂点の間に延びる複数の支柱と、
近位頂点の1個ごとに、隣接した位置で支柱に配置されている1対の固定部材ピンとを含んでおり、
支柱、近位頂点、および、遠位頂点は円筒面を定めおり、
固定部材ピンは支柱の内側面を起点として内向きに延びるとともに、支柱を起点として円筒面から放射方向外向きに突出している、
