図8A及び図8Bに示すように、第1変形例に係るステント10Aは、シース14に収容された収縮状態で、斜め先端方向に突出する第1アンカー部60と、斜め基端方向に突出する第2アンカー部62とを備えた構成となっている。第1アンカー部60は、本実施形態に係るアンカー部46と同一の構成であり、第2アンカー部62は、この第1アンカー部60よりも先端側に設けられている。
図8C及び図8Dに示すように、第2変形例に係るステント10Bは、アンカー部70に孔部72が形成されており、シャフト16に設けられたピン74(ステント係止部26B)が挿入可能な構成となっている。すなわち、アンカー部70の変位頂部70aは、平板状に形成されており、この変位頂部70aの中央部に孔部72が形成されている。
図9Aに示すように、第3変形例に係るステント10Cは、アンカー部46を基端折返し部40の軸方向に2つ設けた構成となっている。これら2つのアンカー部46、46´は、収縮状態で共に斜め先端方向に突出して、シャフト16に設けられた第1隆起部28及び第3隆起部28´にそれぞれ接触することにより、ステント10Cの位置ずれを一層強固に防止することができる。
図9Bに示すように、第4変形例に係るステント10Dは、アンカー部80の変位方向がステント10Dの内面10aに対して直交方向となるように構成されている。すなわち、ステント10Dの収縮によって、一対の基端側延在部40aを互いに近接させると、アンカー部80の一対の架橋部80aは、中心軸Oに対し直交するように突出(進出)する。一方、シャフト16の外壁16aには、ステント係止部82(第1隆起部82a及び第2隆起部82b)が設けられており、アンカー部46はこの第1及び第2隆起部82a、82bの間に進入する。

- 空洞部(34)を有する筒状に形成されたステント(10、10A〜10D)であって、
当該ステント(10、10A〜10D)は、拡張状態と、前記拡張状態から中心軸(O)側に収縮した収縮状態とに移行自在であり、
前記収縮状態において前記空洞部(34)を囲う内面(10a)から前記中心軸(O)側に突出し、前記拡張状態において前記収縮状態の突出位置よりも前記内面(10a)側に変位する可動突出部(46、60、70、80)を有する
ことを特徴とするステント(10、10A〜10D)。 - 請求項1記載のステント(10、10A〜10C)において、
当該ステント(10、10A〜10C)は、生体管腔内を送達可能なシース(14)の内腔(20)に前記収縮状態で収容されると共に、前記内腔(20)に挿入された内側構造体(16)を囲うように配置され、
前記可動突出部(46、60、70、80)は、前記内側構造体(16)と相対的に前記シース(14)が移動可能な方向に傾斜しており、前記内面(10a)から最も突出する前記可動突出部(46、60、70、80)の頂部(50、60a、70a)が前記内側構造体(16)の外周面に形成された係止部(26、26A、26B、82)に引っ掛かり可能である
ことを特徴とするステント(10、10A〜10C)。 - 請求項1又は2記載のステント(10、10A〜10D)において、
