Claims (17)
- 搬送システムであって、
スピンドルを備え、
該スピンドルは、スピンドル本体部と、該スピンドル本体部から半径方向外方に延びる複数のスピンドルピンとを有し、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、スリーブを有する先端部を備え、
該先端部は、スリーブを有し、前記スピンドルピンが、前記スピンドル本体から前記スリーブに向かって延び、前記先端部はさらに主要鞘部材当接面を有し、前記スリーブが前記主要鞘部材当接面から近位方向に延び、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、近位固定部材ステントリングを有する血管内補綴を備え、該近位固定部材ステントリングが、近位頂点と、遠位頂点と、前記近位頂点と遠位頂点との間に延びる支柱と、前記近位頂点の各々に隣接する支柱に配置された一対の固定部材ピンと、を有し、
前記近位頂点と前記固定部材ピンとがスピンドルピン固定部を形成し、
前記スピンドルピンが前記スピンドルピン固定部内に伸び、
前記スリーブが前記固定部材ピンを半径方向に拘束し、
前記近位固定部材ステントリングが搬送形態にあるとき前記固定部材ピンの遠位先端部が前記スリーブによって覆われず、該遠位先端部がスリーブに係合することが防止され、 前記搬送システムは、さらに、主要鞘部材を備え、該主要鞘部材は、前記近位固定部材ステントリングが搬送形態にあるとき、前記スリーブ全体の周りで遠位方向に前記主要鞘部材当接面まで延び、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、前記主要鞘部材を後退させる主要鞘部材作動部材を、備えている、
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。 - 前記先端部は管腔を有している、
請求項1に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記搬送システムは、さらに、管腔を有する内側管部材を備え、
前記先端部は前記内側管部材に取付けられ、
前記内側管部材の管腔は前記先端部の前記管腔と流体連絡状態にある、
請求項2に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記先端部は、先細り状の外側面を有している、
請求項1に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記先細り状の外側面が、前記主要鞘部材当接面まで近位方向に延びている、
請求項4に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記主要鞘部材当接面が、前記搬送システムの長手方向軸線と直交する環状リング形状を有する、
請求項5に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記スリーブは、円筒状の外周面および円筒状の内周面を有し、
前記スピンドル本体部は円筒状の外周面を有している、
請求項1に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記スピンドルピンが前記スピンドル本体部から張出しているところまでを含めた直径は、前記スリーブの円筒状の内周面の直径に略等しいか僅かに小さい、
請求項7に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記スピンドル本体部と前記スリーブの前記内周面との間に、環状空間が存在している、
請求項7に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記近位固定部材ステントリングは、前記環状空間内に配置されている、
請求項9に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記搬送システムは、さらに、外側管部材を備え、前記スピンドルが前記外側管部材に取付けられ、
前記搬送システムは、さらに、内側管部材を備え、該内側管部材は、前記外側管部材および前記スピンドル内を貫通して延び、前記先端部が前記内側管部材に取付けられ、前記内側管部材と先端部とが前記外側管部材及び前記スピンドルに対して長手方向に移動可能である、
請求項1に記載の搬送システムであって、 - 前記内側管部材を前記外側管部材に対して前進させるための内側管作動部材を有するハンドルを更に備えている、
請求項11に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記主要鞘部材が前記外側管部材を覆い、
前記鞘部材が、前記外側管部材および前記スピンドルに対して長手方向に移動可能である、
請求項11に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記主要鞘部材作動部材が、前記主要鞘部材を前記外側管部材に対して後退させるためのものである、
請求項13に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記主要鞘部材が、前記血管内補綴を半径方向に圧縮させている、
請求項13に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記遠位先端部は鋭利な尖点である、

前記搬送システムは、さらに、血管内補綴を備え、
前記血管内補綴は、
移植片部材と、該移植片部材に取付けられた近位固定部材ステントリングと、を有し、 前記近位固定部材ステントリングが、
複数の近位頂点と、
複数の遠位頂点と、
前記近位頂点と前記遠位頂点の間に延びる複数の支柱と、
前記近位頂点の各々に隣接する支柱に配置された一対の固定部材ピンと、を有し、
前記近位頂点と固定部材ピンとがスピンドルピン固定部を形成し、
前記スピンドルピンが前記スピンドルピン固定部内に伸び、
前記スリーブが前記固定部材ピンを半径方向に拘束し、
前記近位固定部材ステントリングが搬送形態にあるとき前記固定部材ピンの遠位先端部が前記スリーブによって覆われず、該遠位先端部がスリーブに係合することが防止され、 前記搬送システムは、さらに、前記主要鞘部材を後退させる主要鞘部材作動部材を有するハンドルを、備えている、
ことを特徴とする搬送システム。
