Claims (19)
- プロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリであって、
外部シースと、
前記外部シース内に配設された内部シースと、
前記内部シースの外部表面の一部分を包囲し、拘束されたプロテーゼに係合するように構成された柔軟部材と、
前記外部シースに動作可能に連結し、前記外部シースを拘束されたプロテーゼに対して離散的な増分で近位に変位させて、前記拘束されたプロテーゼを部分的に展開するように構成されたアクチュエータと、
複数の係合ハウジングラグを有するハウジングと、
前記外側シースに連結し、ハウジング係合アームと、前記ハウジング係合アームの遠位端に設けられる角度をなす部分と、を有するキャリアと、
を備え、
前記角度をなす部分は前記ハウジング係合アームに対して斜めに配置され、
前記キャリアの前記ハウジング係合アームの遠位端に設けられた前記角度をなす部分が前記係合ハウジングラグと係合し前記キャリアの遠位の移動を阻止する、プロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記柔軟部材のデュロ硬度が、ショアAスケールで10以上、60以下である、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材が、シリコーン、ポリエーテルブロックアミド、又は熱可塑性エラストマのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材の壁厚が、12.7マイクロメートル以上、1270マイクロメートル以下である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材が、前記内部シースの円周の周囲に配設されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材の長さが、前記拘束されたプロテーゼの長さ以上である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材の長さが、前記拘束されたプロテーゼの長さ以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材が、前記拘束されたプロテーゼの長さに沿って長手方向に連続する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材が、前記拘束されたプロテーゼの内側表面に沿って周方向に連続する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記内部シースと前記外部シースとの間に配設された環状空間を更に備え、前記柔軟部材が、前記環状空間内に配設されている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記内部シース及び前記柔軟部材の各々に対する前記外部シースの近位の変位が、前記プロテーゼを少なくとも部分的に展開するように構成されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟部材が、前記拘束されたプロテーゼの長手方向の変位を制限するように構成されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記内部シースと前記外部シースとの間に配設された中間シースを更に備え、前記中間シースの遠位端が、前記柔軟部材の近位に配設されている、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記外部シース及び前記内部シースが、アクチュエータに動作可能に連結されており、前記アクチュエータの変位が、前記内部シースに対して前記外部シースを変位させて、前記プロテーゼを少なくとも部分的に展開するように構成されている、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記プロテーゼが、ステントである、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のプロテーゼ送達カテーテルアセンブリ。
- 展開装置を準備する方法であって、
外部シース、及び前記外部シース内に配設された内部シース、を備える、送達カテーテルアセンブリを得ることと、
前記内部シースの表面の少なくとも一部分にプロテーゼに係合するように構成された柔軟部材をコーティングすることを含み、
前記送達カテーテルアセンブリは、
前記外部シースに動作可能に連結し、前記外部シースを拘束されたプロテーゼに対して離散的な増分で近位に変位させて、前記拘束されたプロテーゼを部分的に展開するように構成されたアクチュエータと、
複数の係合ハウジングラグを有するハウジングと、
前記外側シースに連結し、ハウジング係合アームと、前記ハウジング係合アームの遠位端に設けられる角度をなす部分と、を有するキャリアと、
を備え、
前記角度をなす部分は前記ハウジング係合アームに対して斜めに配置され、
前記キャリアの前記ハウジング係合アームの前記遠位端に設けられた前記角度をなす部分が前記係合ハウジングラグと係合し前記キャリアの遠位の移動を阻止する、方法。 - 前記柔軟部材の周囲に前記プロテーゼを位置付けることと、
前記柔軟部材の周囲に前記プロテーゼを拘束することと、を更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記プロテーゼが前記柔軟部材の周囲に拘束されるように、前記プロテーゼ上に前記外部シースを配設することを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記柔軟部材が、浸漬、噴霧、押出、又は再流動のうちの少なくとも1つによって前記内部シースの少なくとも一部の表面上にコーティングされている、請求項16~18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
