内腔における流体の流れを制限するための腔内プロテーゼを提供する。この腔内プロテーゼは、それに連結された1以上のステントを有する柔軟な本体を有するチューブ状のグラフトを含む。腔内プロテーゼはまた、チューブ状のグラフトの内部に位置づけられ、チューブ状のグラフトを通る流体の流れを制限する、チューブ状のグラフトに連結された人工弁を含む。
間膜のプロテーゼ装置、腹腔のプロテーゼ装置、その他、の本体部分であってよい。人工弁は1以上の小葉から構成されることができる。1以上の小葉は、細胞外基質などの生成されたコラーゲン材料から構成されることができる。細胞外基質は、小腸粘膜下組織、胃粘膜下組織、心膜、肝基底膜、膀胱粘膜下組織、組織粘膜、硬膜、その他であってよい。1以上の小葉はまた、ポリエステルもしくはポリテトラフルオロエチレンなどの人工材料を含むことができる。人工弁は、チューブ状のグラフトに、縫合によって連結されることができる。

先細の柔軟な延長部211を有する。柔軟な延長部211は内側の長手方向の隙間212を有する。長手方向の隙間212は、先細の柔軟な延長部211の、挿入ワイヤ213に沿った前進を容易にする。隙間212はまた、開口214を流れる医療用試薬の導入のための通路を備える。たとえば、医療処置における配置段階および展開段階の間、血管造影が行われることを可能とする造影剤を供給することが望ましいであろう。
244は、遠位ワイヤ解放機構225において環状空間から出る。遠位トリガワイヤ244および遠位ワイヤ解放機構225は、遠位保持部分240をプロテーゼ122から、これが内腔の所望の位置に位置づけられた時に選択的に解放する、制御部材を形成する。
まさに近位まで引かれることができる。この動作は、プロテーゼ122の中間部分を、これが放射状に拡張することができるよう解放する。しかし、近位の自己拡張型ステント130は、まだ保持装置210内に保持されている。また、プロテーゼ122の遠位端162は、まだ外部シース230内に保持されている。

Claims (23)
- 内腔における流体の流れを制限するための腔内プロテーゼであって、チューブ状のグラフトを備え、前記グラフトは、内部容積を定義する内壁を含む柔軟な本体と、前記柔軟な本体の近位端に装着され前記柔軟な本体の近位端を超えて延在する自己拡張型ステントと、前記柔軟な本体に連結する縁を有する少なくとも1つの小葉とを有し、前記それぞれの子葉は圧力差に反応する自由縁を有し、かつ前記自由端は流体が前記内側容積を流れることを可能とする開位置と、流体が前記内側容積を流れることを制限する閉位置との間を動作可能である、腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記チューブ状のグラフトが、前記柔軟な本体の長さに沿って連結する、複数の内部の自己拡張型ステントを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記チューブ状のグラフトは、前記チューブ状のグラフトの前記柔軟な本体の遠位端に装着され前記遠位端を越えて延在する第2の自己拡張型ステントをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記第2の自己拡張型ステントが取り付けかえしを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記自己拡張型ステントが取り付けかえしを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 各小葉が原則的に生体適合材料から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記生体適合材料が生成されたコラーゲン材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記生成されたコラーゲン材料が細胞外基質であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が小腸粘膜下組織であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が胃粘膜下組織であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が心膜であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が肝基底膜であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が膀胱粘膜下組織であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が組織粘膜であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記細胞外基質が硬膜であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 各小葉を前記チューブ状のグラフトに連結する縫合からさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 各小葉を前記チューブ状のグラフトに連結するリングからさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記リングはプラスチックから作られることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
- 前記チューブ状のグラフトは、前記柔軟な本体の長さに沿って連結する、複数の外部の自己拡張型ステントをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の腔内プロテーゼ。
