Description
Claims (15)
- 心臓弁のシステムであって、
前記システムは、流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体を有し、
前記流出端は、近位部分と複数のビームを有し、該複数のビームは、流出方向に、前記近位部分の遠位に設置され、
前記筒状体は、前記筒状体の前記流入端に、山と谷を有するストラットを有し、前記流出端の前記近位部分は、前記流出方向に、前記山と谷の遠位に設置されており、
前記システムは、前記筒状体と連結された弁を有し、該弁は複数の弁尖を含んでおり、
(i)前記筒状体は、前記流出端の前記近位部分の、半径方向の内側の動きによって、前記流入端が半径方向の外側に張り出すように構成される、及び/又は(ii)前記ストラットの配置は、前記山の、半径方向の内側の動きによって、前記谷が半径方向の外側に張り出すように構成されるものであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記谷は、前記山よりも前記筒状体の前記流出端の近くに位置するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状体の外表面上に設置された布をさらに有し、前記谷の半径方向の外側の動きによって、前記布が半径方向の外側に張り出すものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状体は、異なる厚さのストラットを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記異なる厚さのストラットは、第1のセルと第2のセルを形成し、前記第1のセルと前記第2のセルが一様に開いて拡張するように、前記第1のセルは、比較的小さい厚さのストラットを有し、前記第2のセルは、比較的大きい厚さのストラットを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記比較的小さい厚さのストラットと前記比較的大きい厚さのストラットとを有する第3のセルをさらに有するものであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも部分的な環を形成して、生来の弁尖及び/又は腱索の部分を捕捉して前記筒状体を囲むように構成される捕捉部材をさらに有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状体の前記流入端は、S字形のストラットを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記S字形の前記ストラットは、前記山と直接連結されるものであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記山と谷がともに流入方向に、前記S字形の前記ストラットの上に設置されるものであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状体は、前記流入端において最近位端を、前記流出端において最遠位端を有し、前記山と谷は、前記最近位端を形成するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のビームは、前記最遠位端を形成するものであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 連結部が前記筒状体の前記流入端と前記複数のビームとを連結し、連結部の数は前記弁尖の数と等しいものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁尖が、前記流出方向に、前記筒状体の前記流出端の遠位に伸びるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁尖は、前記流出方向に、完全に前記流出端の前記近位部分の遠位に伸びるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
