Description
Claims (8)
- 心臓弁のシステムであって、
前記システムは、流入端と流出端を持つ、半径方向に自己拡張可能な筒状体と、
前記筒状体と連結された弁とを有し、該弁は複数の弁尖を含むものであり、
前記筒状体は、前記流入端において最近位端を、前記流出端において最遠位端を有し、
前記筒状体は、前記筒状体の前記流出端において、複数のアーチ状のビームを有し、該アーチ状のビームは、前記筒状体の前記最遠位端を形成しており、
連結部が前記筒状体の前記流入端と前記アーチ状のビームとを連結し、連結部の数は前記弁尖の数と等しいものであり、
各アーチ状のビームは、前記アーチ状のビームが前記流出端において、前記筒状体の外周全体の周りで連続するように、隣接するアーチ状のビームと直接連結されており、
各アーチ状のビームは、第1の端と第2の端を有し、前記第1の端には前記連結部があり、前記第2の端は接合部を形成するものであり、かつ、
前記システムは、前記筒状体の外表面に設置され、かつ、前記筒状体の前記流出端の周りに巻き付かない布をさらに有するものであって、
前記布は、前記アーチ状のビームと直接連結され、前記布は、前記弁の外周縁と直接連結されるものであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記弁尖は、流出方向に、前記アーチ状のビームの遠位に伸びるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各アーチ状のビームの前記第2の端は、流出方向に、各アーチ状のビームの前記第1の端の遠位にあるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各弁尖は、前記複数のビームのうち、少なくとも2つのビームによって支えられるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各弁尖は、前記少なくとも2つのビームによって支えられ、前記弁の外周縁は、前記少なくとも2つのビームと連結されているものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記布は、流出方向に、前記筒状体の前記最遠位端の遠位に伸びないものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のアーチ状のビームは、少なくとも6つのビームを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記筒状体の前記最遠位端は、1つ以上の保持部材と連結されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
