Description
本出願は、2001年12月20日にチョボトフ等(Chobotov et al.)により出願されて”先進の血管内移植片(Advanced Endovascular Graft)”と称された米国特許出願第10/029,559号の継続出願である2002年3月5日にチョボトフ等により出願されて”先進の血管内移植片”と称された米国特許出願第10/091,641号の一部継続出願であるが、それらの全ての開示内容は言及したことにより本明細書中に援用される。
本出願はまた、チョボトフ等による”血管内移植片材料を成形する方法および装置(Method and Apparatus for Shape Forming Endovascular Graft Material)”と称された米国特許出願第10/029,570号、チョボトフ等による”血管内移植片接合部および製造方法(Endovascular Graft Joint and Method for Manufacture)”と称された米国特許出願第10/029,584号、チョボトフ等による”血管内移植片区画を製造する方法および装置(Method and Apparatus for Manufacturing an Endovascular Graft Section)”と称された米国特許出願第10/029,557号にも関連する。上記出願の全ては本出願と同様に本出願人が所有すると共に、2001年12月20日に出願されている。また上記各出願は言及したことにより夫々全体的に本明細書中に援用される。
Claims (87)
- 近位端部および遠位端部を有する移植片本体区画と、
上記移植片本体区画の上記近位端部に固着されると共に、一個以上のコネクタ要素を備えるコネクタ部材と、
上記一個以上のコネクタ部材側コネクタ要素に対して連結された一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素を備える近位側ステントとを備える、
血管内移植片。 - 前記コネクタ部材は前記移植片本体区画内に埋設される、請求項1記載の血管内移植片。
- 当該血管内移植片は一個以上の連結部材を更に備え、
前記一個以上のコネクタ部材側コネクタ要素は、近位端部および遠位端部、および、該近位端部および遠位端部におけるショルダ部分を備え、

前記一個以上の逆棘は上記近位側ステントが投入形態に在るときには上記一個以上のスロットにより受容され、且つ、上記一個以上の逆棘は上記近位側ステントが展開形態に在るときに上記一個以上のスロットから解放される、請求項29記載の血管内移植片。 - 前記一個以上の逆棘は約2乃至約4mmの長さを有すると共に遠位方向に配向され、且つ、前記近位側ステントが生体内で展開されたときに、上記近位側ステントの長手軸心から外径方向に突出し且つ近位側ネック部分取入口軸心に関して約10乃至約45°の角度を形成する、請求項36記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画の前記近位端部には膨張可能環状部が配設される、請求項29記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画は膨張可能チャネルを備える、請求項38記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画の遠位端部には膨張可能環状部が配設される、請求項39記載の血管内移植片。

当該連続内孔を通る流体流を局限すべく構成された連続内孔を上記本体部分と協働して形成する第1二分岐部分と、
上記第1二分岐部分から上記本体部分まで延在すると共に膨張媒体を収容する少なくとも一本の膨張可能チャネルと、
上記本体部分の近位端部に配設されると共に上記少なくとも一本のチャネルと流体連通し且つ上記膨張媒体を収容する少なくとも一個の膨張可能環状部とを備える、
血管内移植片。 - 前記膨張媒体は塩水により希釈される、請求項45記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記膨張媒体は約20乃至約40体積%の塩水を含む、請求項46記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記膨張媒体は、約3分乃至約20分の硬化時間と344.73kPa(50psi)乃至約2757.90kPa(400psi)の硬化後弾性率とを有する硬化可能な生体材料である、請求項45記載の血管内移植片。
- 遠位端部および近位端部を備え、上記近位端部上には一個以上のコネクタ要素を備えるコネクタ部材が配設される本体部分と、
上記一個以上のコネクタ部材側コネクタ要素と連結された一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素を備える近位側ステントと、
当該連続内孔を通る流体流を局限すべく構成された連続内孔を上記本体部分と協働して形成する第1二分岐部分および第2二分岐部分とを備えて成る、
血管内移植片。 - 前記近位側ステントは一体形成された一個以上の逆棘を更に備えて成る、請求項49記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は遠位方向に配向される、請求項50記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は約1乃至約5mmの長さを有する、請求項50記載の移植片。
- 前記近位側ステントが生体内で展開されたときに前記一個以上の逆棘は、上記近位側ステントの長手軸心から外径方向に突出し、且つ、近位側ネック部分取入口軸心に関して約10乃至約45度の逆棘径方向角度を形成する、請求項50記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は、逆棘反跳角度を形成すべく前記逆棘径方向角度が形成される平面に直交する平面内において側方にバイアスされる、請求項53記載の移植片。
- 前記第1二分岐部分の遠位端部に配設された遠位側コネクタ部材と、該遠位側コネクタ部材に連結された遠位側ステントとを更に備えて成る、請求項49記載の移植片。
- 前記第2二分岐部分の前記遠位端部には第2遠位側コネクタ部材が配設され且つ該第2遠位側コネクタ部材に対しては第2遠位側ステントが連結される、請求項55記載の移植片。
- 前記第1および第2遠位側ステントの少なくとも一方は一体形成された一個以上の逆棘を更に備えて成る、請求項56記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は近位方向に配向される、請求項57記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は約1mm乃至約5mmの長さを有する、請求項57記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は前記第1および第2遠位側ステントの少なくとも一方の長手軸心から外径方向に突出し、且つ、遠位側ステント支柱長手軸心に関して約10乃至約45度の逆棘径方向角度を形成する、請求項57記載の移植片。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は、逆棘反跳角度を形成すべく前記逆棘径方向角度が形成される平面に直交する平面内において側方にバイアスされる、請求項60記載の血管内移植片。
- 壁部を有する体腔内に管状医療デバイスを植設する際に用いられるシステムであって、
上記内腔壁部に上記医療デバイスを固着するステントと、
上記ステントを上記医療デバイスに連結するコネクタ部材とを備え、
上記ステントおよびコネクタ部材は少なくとも一群のコネクタ要素により相互に連結される、システム。 - 前記ステントは一個以上の逆棘を更に備えて成る、請求項62記載のシステム。
- 前記ステントは一個以上の逆棘包み込みパッドを更に備え、且つ、
前記一個以上の逆棘は、当該システムが投入形態に在るときには上記逆棘包み込みパッドにより保持され、且つ、当該システムが展開形態に在るときには上記一個以上の逆棘包み込みパッドにより解放されるべく構成される、請求項63記載のシステム。 - 前記ステントはスロットを更に備え、且つ、
前記逆棘は、当該システムが投入形態に在るときには上記スロットにより受容されるべく構成され且つ当該システムが展開形態に在るときには上記スロットから解放されるべく構成される、請求項64記載のシステム。 - 前記一個以上の逆棘は約1乃至約5mmの長さを有する、請求項64記載のシステム。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は前記ステントの支柱から外径方向に突出する、請求項64記載のシステム。
- 前記一個以上の逆棘は、該逆棘が径方向に突出する平面に直交する平面内において側方にバイアスされる、請求項67記載のシステム。
- 近位端部および遠位端部を有する移植片本体区画と、
上記移植片本体区画の上記近位端部に固着されると共に一個以上のコネクタ要素を備える近位側コネクタ部材と、
遠位方向に配向された一個以上の逆棘を備えると共に、上記一個以上の近位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素に連結された一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素を備える近位側ステントと、
上記移植片本体区画の上記遠位端部に固着されると共に、一個以上のコネクタ要素を備える遠位側コネクタ部材と、
近位方向に配向された一個以上の逆棘を備えると共に、上記一個以上の遠位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素に連結された一個以上の遠位側ステント側コネクタ要素を備える遠位側ステントと、
上記移植片本体区画の上記近位端部および遠位端部の各々に配設された膨張可能環状部とを備え、
上記移植片本体区画は上記近位側および遠位側の環状部と流体連通する膨張可能チャネルを備える、
血管内移植片。 - 当該血管内移植片は、一個以上の連結部材を更に備え、
前記一個以上の近位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素および前記一個以上の遠位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素は各々が近位端部および遠位端部を備えると共に、上記近位端部および遠位端部の各々には対向ショルダ部分が配設され、
前記一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素および前記一個以上の遠位側ステント側コネクタ要素は各々が近位端部および遠位端部を備えると共に、上記対向ショルダ部分は上記近位端部および遠位端部の各々に配設され、
上記一個以上の連結部材は、上記一個以上の近位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素を上記一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素に連結し、且つ、
上記一個以上の連結部材は、上記一個以上の遠位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素を上記一個以上の遠位側ステント側コネクタ要素に連結する、
請求項69記載の血管内移植片。 - 前記膨張可能チャネル、前記遠位側膨張可能環状部および前記近位側膨張可能環状部の少なくともひとつは膨張媒体を収容する、請求項69記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画はePTFEから成る、請求項69記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記一個以上の近位側ステント逆棘または前記一個以上の遠位側ステント逆棘は夫々のステントと一体形成されると共に約1mm乃至約5mmの長さを有する、請求項69記載の血管内移植片。
- 遠位端部と、一個以上のコネクタ要素を備えるコネクタ部材が配設された近位端部とを備える本体部分と、
遠位方向に配向された一個以上の逆棘を備えると共に、上記一個以上のコネクタ部材側コネクタ要素に連結された一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素を備える近位側ステントと、
当該連続内孔を通る流体流を局限すべく構成された連続内孔を上記本体部分と共に形成する第1二分岐部分および第2二分岐部分と、
上記第1および第2二分岐部分の各々の遠位端部上に配設されると共に、一個以上のコネクタ要素を各々が備える遠位側コネクタ部材と、
近位方向に配向された一個以上の逆棘と、上記第1および第2二分岐部分の一方もしくは両方にて上記一個以上の遠位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素に連結された一個以上の遠位側ステント側コネクタ要素とを備える一個以上の遠位側ステントと、
上記第1および第2二分岐部分の一方もしくは両方から上記本体部分まで延在する少なくとも一本の膨張可能チャネルと、
上記本体部分の近位端部に配設された少なくとも一個の膨張可能環状部と、
上記第1および第2二分岐部分の一方もしくは両方の遠位端部に配設された膨張可能環状部とを備え、
上記少なくとも一本の膨張可能チャネル、少なくとも一個の近位側膨張可能環状部および遠位側膨張可能環状部の各々は相互に対して流体連通する、
血管内移植片。 - 当該血管内移植片は、一個以上の連結部材を更に備え、
前記一個以上の近位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素および前記一個以上の遠位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素は各々が近位端部および遠位端部を備えると共に、上記近位端部および遠位端部の各々には対向ショルダ部分が配設され、
前記一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素および前記一個以上の遠位側ステント側コネクタ要素は各々が近位端部および遠位端部を備えると共に、上記対向ショルダ部分は上記近位端部および遠位端部の各々に配設され、
上記一個以上の連結部材は、上記一個以上の近位側コネクタ部材側コネクタ要素を上記一個以上の近位側ステント側コネクタ要素に連結し、且つ、

請求項74記載の血管内移植片。 - 前記膨張可能チャネル、前記第1二分岐部分遠位側膨張可能環状部、前記第2二分岐部分遠位側膨張可能環状部および前記近位側膨張可能環状部の少なくともひとつは膨張媒体を収容する、請求項74記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記本体部分および前記第1および第2二分岐部分はePTFEから成る、請求項74記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記一個以上の近位側ステント逆棘または前記一個以上の遠位側ステント逆棘は夫々のステントと一体形成されると共に約1mm乃至約5mmの長さを有する、請求項74記載の血管内移植片。
- 近位端部と少なくとも一個の遠位端部とを備える移植片本体と、
上記移植片本体の上記少なくとも一個の遠位端部に連結されると共に、一個以上のコネクタ要素を備える一個以上のコネクタ部材要素と、
上記一個以上のコネクタ要素に連結されるべく構成された一個以上の遠位側ステント側コネクタ要素を備える少なくとも一個の遠位側ステントとを備える、
血管内移植片。 - 前記コネクタ部材要素は前記移植片本体の少なくとも一個の遠位端部内に少なくとも部分的に埋設される、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記コネクタ部材要素の個数は約4個乃至約10個である、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記コネクタ部材要素は”T”形態を備える、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記コネクタ部材要素は”V”形態を備える、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体の前記遠位端部は二分岐される、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記近位側ステントは少なくとも一個の逆棘を備える、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画の前記近位端部および遠位端部の少なくとも一方上に配設された膨張可能環状部を更に備えて成る、請求項79記載の血管内移植片。
- 前記移植片本体区画上の膨張可能チャネルであって前記膨張可能環状部と流体連通する膨張可能チャネルを更に備えて成る、請求項86記載の血管内移植片。
