Abstract

本出願は、2001年12月20日にチョボトフ等(Chobotov et al.)により出願されて”先進の血管内移植片(Advanced Endovascular Graft)”と称された米国特許出願第10/029,559号の継続出願である2002年3月5日にチョボトフ等により出願されて”先進の血管内移植片”と称された米国特許出願第10/091,641号の一部継続出願であるが、それらの全ての開示内容は言及したことにより本明細書中に援用される。

Claims (29)
- 血管内デバイスを供給する供給方法において、
生体適合性材料、膨張可能なチャネルおよび拡開可能なステントを含む管状の血管内デバイスを提供し、
複数の成分を含む膨張材料を提供し、
該膨張材料でもって前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させて、膨張されたチャネルを提供し、該膨張されたチャネルは体腔に対して固定できるようにした、供給方法。 - さらに、前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させる前に、前記膨張材料の成分を混合することを含む、請求項1に記載の供給方法。
- さらに、前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させつつ、前記膨張材料の成分を混合することを含む、請求項1に記載の供給方法。
- 前記膨張材料が硬化可能材料である請求項1に記載の供給方法。
- さらに、前記硬化可能材料を硬化させることを含む請求項4に記載の供給方法。
- さらに、前記硬化可能材料を約3分から約12分、硬化させることを含む請求項5に記載の供給方法。
- 前記膨張材料の一つの成分は、放射線不透過性成分を含む請求項1に記載の供給方法。

複数の成分を含む硬化可能な膨張材料を提供し、
該硬化可能な膨張材料でもって前記膨張されたチャネルを膨張させ、
前記硬化可能な膨張材料を硬化させ、前記膨張されたチャネルを体腔に対して固定できるようにした、供給方法。 - 前記不活性生体適合流体は塩水を含む請求項19に記載の供給方法。
- 前記不活性生体適合流体は塩水および造影剤を含む請求項19に記載の供給方法。
- さらに、前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させる前に、前記硬化可能な膨張材料の成分を混合することを含む、請求項19に記載の供給方法。
