Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.脈管内に挿入するための、下記からなる拡張装置 少なくとも1枚の柔軟性のある材料から形成された本体、前記本体は、脈管内 に挿入される寸法の折り畳んだ状態から、本体が脈管に係合して固定される拡張 された状態へと変換可能である、 前記本体内に位置し、そして、本体の少なくともある領域に延伸している通路 手段、および、 前記通路手段と連絡して硬化材を前記通路手段に導入する入口手段、 かくして、使用に際して、前記本体の少なくとも前記領域は硬化され、本体を 拡張された状態に維持する。 2.前記本体は少なくとも1枚の柔軟性のあるシート材で形成されていることを 特徴とする請求項1の拡張装置。 3.前記少なくとも1枚の柔軟性のあるシート材は、管状であり、または、管状 部分を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の拡張装置。 4.前記入口手段は、閉塞可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れ か1項に記載の拡張装置。 5.前記入口手段を介して、前記通路手段と連絡する充填手段を更に備えている 、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の拡張装置。 6.使用に際して、脈管の側壁と係合する本体の側壁は少なくとも1枚の柔軟性 のあるシート材によって形成されている、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の 拡張装置。 7.前記通路手段は、前記少なくとも1枚の柔軟性のあるシート材の内側または 外側に配置されており、または、2枚以上の柔軟性のあるシート材を備えている ときには、柔軟性のあるシート材の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1 から6の何れか1項に記載の拡張装置。 8.前記入口手段を介して前記通路手段に導入される硬化材と組み合わされた、 請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の拡張装置。 9.下記ステップからなる、拡張装置を脈管内に位置させる方法: (a)本体が折り畳まれた状態で、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の拡張装 置を脈管内に導入し、 (b)本体を拡張された状態に変換して、脈管の側壁に係合して固定し、そして 、 (c)脈管に導入された硬化材の流動性を減じて、本体を拡張された状態に維持 する。 10.拡張装置の本体の全体を脈管内に挿入し、そして、本体の側壁と脈管の側 壁とを係合することによって、脈管に対して本体を固定することを特徴とする、 請求項9に記載の方法。 11.拡張装置の本体の一部を脈管内に挿入し、そして、脈管の外側に位置する 本体の少なくとも一部を拡張させて、前記固定を行うことを特徴とする、請求項 9に記載の方法。 12.脈管の対向する端部のそれぞれに外側から本体の対向する端部を拡張する ことによって、前記固定を行うことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。 13.前記硬化材は化学的に反応する液体または他の流体であり、本体の通路手 段内にあるとき、固化、ゲル化または粘性が増加することを特徴とする、請求項 9から12の何れか1項に記載の方法。 14.圧力下に本体の通路手段に導入することによって、硬化材が自ら上記ステ ップ(b)を行うことを特徴とする、請求項9から13の何れか1項に記載の方 法。
