Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 要素を含むステントグラフト装置であって、前記要素は
生体適合性グラフト材料製の管状体と、
前記管状体に接合され、その長手方向に前記管状体を支持する複数の自己拡張型ステントと、
前記管状体の第1の端から延在しそこに固定される、被覆されていない管状の自己拡張型ステントアセンブリとを備える、ステントグラフト装置。 - 長い要素は、分岐したステントグラフトの脚部である、請求項1に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 長い要素は脚部延長である、請求項1または2に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 被覆されていない管状の前記自己拡張型ステントアセンブリは、可撓性を有してともに連結される複数のジグザグ自己拡張型ステントを備える、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 被覆されていない管状の前記自己拡張型ステントアセンブリは、複数のステントに一体形成された形状記憶金属管状要素、および前記ステント間の連結部を備える、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 前記管状体に接合される前記複数の自己拡張型ステントは、ジグザグのGianturco型ステントを備える、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 前記管状体には、自身の第2の端における外側封止面、および前記第2の端における前記管状体内の少なくとも1つの自己拡張型ステントが設けられる、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 被覆されていない管状の前記自己拡張型ステントアセンブリは、少なくとも前記管状体の直径と同等の距離だけ前記管状体内に延在する、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 前記管状体の第1の端から延在する、被覆されていない管状の前記自己拡張型ステントアセンブリは、前記管状体の長さの4分の1から前記管状体の長さに等しい長さと同等の露出長を有する、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- 前記管状体は、自身から延在するサイドアームを備える、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載のステントグラフト装置。
- いずれかの先行する請求項に記載の装置を含む、分岐したステントグラフト。
