Abstract
【解決手段】分離弁は非制御モードにおいて閉状態とされ、複数のホイールシリンダの少なくとも1つに作動流体を供給する第1供給経路と複数のホイールシリンダの残りに作動流体を供給する第2供給経路とに分離する。開閉弁は第1供給経路上に設けられ、閉弁中に出入口間の差圧が所定圧を超えている場合に当該差圧の作用により開弁指令に抗して閉弁状態が維持される。ブレーキECUは、制動中に分離弁に閉故障の発生が想定されたときにホイールシリンダ圧制御系統による制御を中止してバックアップ用の非制御モードに移行し、開閉弁が開弁指令に従って開弁されるよう差圧を緩和すべく第1供給経路側のホイールシリンダからの作動流体の排出を制御する。

Claims (5)
- 作動流体の供給を受けて複数の車輪のそれぞれに制動力を付与する複数のホイールシリンダと、
収容された作動流体を運転者によるブレーキ操作部材の操作量に応じて加圧するマニュアル液圧源と、
前記マニュアル液圧源から前記ホイールシリンダに作動流体が供給されるバックアップ用のブレーキモードにおいて閉状態とされ、前記複数のホイールシリンダの少なくとも1つに作動流体を供給する第1供給経路と前記複数のホイールシリンダの残りに作動流体を供給する第2供給経路とに分離する分離弁と、
前記第1供給経路に接続され、運転者のブレーキ操作から独立して前記複数のホイールシリンダの作動流体圧を共通に制御し得るホイールシリンダ圧制御系統と、
前記第1供給経路上に設けられ、閉弁中に出入口間の差圧が所定圧を超えている場合に当該差圧の作用により開弁指令に抗して閉弁状態が維持される開閉弁と、
制動中に前記分離弁に閉故障の発生が想定されたときに前記ホイールシリンダ圧制御系統による制御を中止して前記バックアップ用のブレーキモードに移行し、前記開閉弁が開弁指令に従って開弁されるよう前記差圧を緩和すべく前記第1供給経路側の前記ホイールシリンダからの作動流体の排出を制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記バックアップ用のブレーキモードへの移行した際の制動終了時に前記第1供給経路側の前記ホイールシリンダを減圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記第1供給経路側の前記ホイールシリンダと作動流体を貯留するリザーバとを接続する流路に設けられた減圧弁をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記減圧弁を制御することにより前記第1供給経路側のホイールシリンダ圧を減圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記第2供給経路に配置され、前記分離弁が開状態とされている場合には前記第1供給経路及び前記第2供給経路に共通のホイールシリンダ圧を測定し、前記分離弁が閉状態とされている場合には前記第2供給経路側のホイールシリンダ圧を測定することとなる圧力センサをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記ホイールシリンダ圧制御系統による制御中は前記圧力センサの測定値を目標圧に追従させるようにホイールシリンダ圧を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記開閉弁の前記所定圧は、前記ホイールシリンダ圧制御系統により実現されるホイールシリンダ圧の最大値よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
