Abstract
【解決手段】 シート16の後方のフロアの下方に配置された電源ユニット19を、下側のバッテリモジュール37と上側のDC/DCコンバータ41およびモータ駆動用インバータとで構成したので、車体前方から後方に流れる冷却空気は上下に分かれて下側のバッテリモジュール37と、上側のDC/DCコンバータ41およびモータ駆動用インバータとをパラレルに冷却することが可能となる。これにより、電源ユニット19全体を小型化するとともに、バッテリモジュール37、DC/DCコンバータ41およびモータ駆動用インバータの全てに熱交換前の低温の冷却空気を作用させて冷却効果を高めることができる。また冷却空気の圧損を低減することができるので、冷却空気の合流部の下流に配置される冷却ファン34に小型で安価なものを使用することができる。

Claims (3)
- 走行用モータを駆動するためのバッテリ(37)および電気制御機器(41,42)を含む電気機器(19)をシート(16)の後方のフロア(27)の下方に配置し、その電気機器(19)を冷却空気で冷却する車両における電気機器の冷却構造であって、
前記バッテリ(37)の上部に前記電気制御機器(41,42)を重ねて配置し、車体前方から導入された冷却空気は上下に分流して前記バッテリ(37)および前記電気制御機器(41,42)をパラレルに冷却した後に合流し、その合流部の下流に配置した冷却ファン(34)を通過して排出されることを特徴とする、車両における電気機器の冷却構造。 - 前記冷却ファン(34)は軸流ファンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両における電気機器の冷却構造。
- 前記電気機器(19)を冷却した冷却空気を車体外部に排出する冷却空気排出通路(31e,31f)を、前記冷却ファン(34)の後方のフロア部材(32)の下面に車幅方向左右に向けて二股に形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両における電気機器の冷却構造。
