Claims (8)
- インバータ(33)およびDC−DCコンバ−タ(34)を含む電装部品、並びに蓄電器(24)からなるパワーユニット(P)をケース(14)の内部に配置し、前記ケース(14)の内部を第1冷却風通路(39)および第2冷却風通路(40)に仕切り、冷却風供給手段(21)により前記第1、第2冷却風通路(39,40)に冷却風を供給し、前記第1冷却風通路(39)を流れる冷却風で前記蓄電器(24)を冷却するとともに、前記第2冷却風通路(40)を流れる冷却風で前記電装部品(33,34)を冷却する車両用電源装置であって、
前記ケース(14)内の一端側に、吸気通路部(41)および排気通路部(42)を一体に備えた単一のダクト部材(18)を収納して、そのダクト部材(18)における前記吸気通路部(41)の出口開口(18d)を前記第1冷却風通路(39)の上流端に、また前記排気通路部(42)の入口開口(18e)を前記第2冷却風通路(40)の下流端にそれぞれ接続し、
前記吸気通路部(41)の入口開口(18b)には前記ケース(14)の外に存する吸気ダクト(19)を、また前記排気通路部(42)の出口開口(18c)には同ケース(14)の外に存する排気ダクト(20)をそれぞれ接続し、
前記ケース(14)の他端側で中間ダクト(36)により前記第1冷却風通路(39)の下流端と前記第2冷却風通路(40)の上流端とを接続し、
前記インバータ(33)および前記DC−DCコンバ−タ(34)の下面から下方に延びるヒートシンク(37,38)を前記第2冷却風通路(40)に臨ませたことを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 前記第1冷却風通路(39)は前記第2冷却風通路(40)の下側に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記インバータ(33)および前記DC−DCコンバ−タ(34)が車幅方向に並置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記ケース(14)の一端側に設けられた前記ダクト部材(18)の吸気通路部(41)および排気通路部(42)は仕切り壁(18a)を挟んで隣り合うように形成され、前記吸気通路部(41)の入口開口(18b)および前記排気通路部(42)の出口開口(18c)は前記一端側の長手方向の両端側に振り分けて配置され、前記吸気通路部(41)の出口開口(18d)の前記長手方向の幅は前記第1冷却風通路(39)の前記長手方向の幅に略一致し、前記排気通路部(42)の入口開口(18e)は前記吸気通路部(41)の出口開口(18d)の前記長手方向の幅内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記吸気通路部(41)の出口開口(18d)の通路断面積は前記中間ダクト(36)の入口開口(36a)の通路断面積よりも大きく、前記中間ダクト(36)の出口開口(36b)の通路断面積は前記排気通路部(42)の入口開口(18e)の通路断面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記中間ダクト(36)は、前記第1冷却風通路(39)の下流端から前記第2冷却風通路(40)の上流端へと滑らかに湾曲するU字状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記ダクト部材(18)の吸気通路部(41)の入口開口(18b)に接続された吸気ダクト(19)は車体前方に延び、前記ダクト部材(18)の排気通路部(42)の出口開口(18c)に接続された排気ダクト(20)は車体後方に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記パワーユニット(P)は、左右のサイドフレーム(12)に挟まれた荷室(43)の床下に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
