Description
Claims (8)
- バッテリモジュールを内蔵したバッテリケースと、
前記バッテリモジュールからの電力を変換する電装部品と、
冷却用の空気が流通するダクトと、
前記ダクトに前記空気を流通させる冷却ファンと、
前記バッテリケース、前記電装部品、前記ダクトを収容するハウジングと、を備えた車両用バッテリパックであって、
前記バッテリケースは、第1方向に延びる第1縦壁と、前記第1縦壁に直交する第2方向に延びる第2縦壁と、前記第1縦壁と前記第2縦壁とが交差する角部と、を有し、
前記電装部品は、前記第1縦壁と前記第2方向に対向するように前記バッテリケースの側方に配置され、
前記ダクトは、
前記冷却ファンに接続される上流側ダクトと、
前記上流側ダクトに形成された排出口に連通し、前記上流側ダクトから前記排出口を介して導かれた前記空気を前記バッテリケースおよび前記電装部品に案内する下流側ダクトと、を有し、
前記下流側ダクトは、
前記角部から前記第1縦壁に沿って延び、その下流端が前記電装部品に連絡する第1下流側ダクト部と、
前記角部から前記第2縦壁に沿って延び、その下流端が前記バッテリケースに連絡する第2下流側ダクト部と、
前記角部の側方で前記第1下流側ダクト部と前記第2下流側ダクト部とに接続する下流側ダクト角部と、を有し、
前記排出口は、前記第1下流側ダクト部または前記第2下流側ダクト部の一方と、前記下流側ダクト角部とに跨って配置されていることを特徴とする車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記電装部品は、前記第1縦壁のうち前記角部側の端部とは反対側の端部と前記第2方向で対向するように配置され、
前記ハウジングの上面に、前記第1下流側ダクト部または前記第2下流側ダクト部の上面よりも下方に窪む窪部が形成され、
前記窪部は、前記第2方向において前記第1下流側ダクト部に対向し、かつ、前記第1方向において前記電装部品に対向する領域に配置され、
前記窪部に、前記冷却ファンおよび前記上流側ダクトが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記上流側ダクトは、
前記冷却ファンに接続され、前記ハウジングの上面よりも上方に突出する上側ダクト部と、
前記上側ダクト部の下側に連結され、前記ハウジングの内部に配置される下側ダクト部と、を有し、
前記下側ダクト部の下端に前記排出口が形成され、
前記下側ダクト部は、前記下流側ダクトの内部に前記下側ダクト部の下端が入り込むように、前記下流側ダクトに連結され、
前記下側ダクト部の下端に、前記排出口が下方に向かって開口していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記ハウジングの平面視において、前記排出口が、前記下流側ダクト角部と、前記第1下流側ダクト部または前記第2下流側ダクト部の一方との境界に重なるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記上流側ダクトの内部には前記冷却ファンと対向する壁面が設けられ、
前記第1下流側ダクト部の下流端に前記電装部品が配置され、
前記電装部品の下面に熱を放熱する放熱部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記放熱部材の下方に、前記第1下流側ダクト部の下流端と接続されるブラケットを備え、
前記第1下流側ダクト部は、前記空気を下方に下降させるように傾斜する傾斜ダクト部を有し、
前記ブラケットは、前記放熱部材の側面と下面を取り込む形状に形成され、前記第1下流側ダクト部から導入された前記空気を前記放熱部材に供給していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記第1下流側ダクト部は、前記第1方向から前記第2方向へ前記空気の流れ方向を変えるように屈曲する屈曲部を有し、
前記屈曲部は、前記電装部品と前記第1方向で隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記第2下流側ダクト部の下面に、前記空気の流れ方向に向かって上方に傾斜する第1傾斜面が設けられ、
前記第2下流側ダクト部の側面に、前記第1方向で対向する位置に前記バッテリケースと対向する第2傾斜面が設けられ、
前記第2下流側ダクト部の下流端は、前記バッテリケースの内側の上面に前記空気を導入していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。
