Claims (8)
- バッテリと、第1電装部品と、第2電装部品と、前記バッテリおよび第1電装部品を冷却する空気が流通するダクトと、前記バッテリ、前記第1電装部品、前記第2電装部品および前記ダクトを収容するハウジングと、を備える車両用バッテリパックであって、
前記バッテリは、前記第1電装部品および前記第2電装部品と対向する側面である対向側面を有し、
前記第1電装部品および前記第2電装部品は、前記対向側面に対向し、かつ、前記対向側面に沿う方向である並び方向に並んで配置され、
前記ダクトは、
前記対向側面に隣接し、かつ、前記対向側面に沿って延びる第1ダクトと、
前記第1ダクトと接続され、前記並び方向における前記第1電装部品と前記第2電装部品との間に配置される第2ダクトと、を有し、
前記第1ダクトおよび前記第2電装部品が上下方向で対面する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記第1電装部品を前記ハウジングに支持する第1ブラケットを有し、
前記第1ブラケットは、前記並び方向において前記ダクトと対面し、かつ、前記第1電装部品よりも前記ダクトに近い位置に規制部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記規制部は、前記並び方向で前記第2ダクトと対面する第1規制部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記規制部は、前記並び方向と直交する方向における前記第2ダクトの外側端部に対面する第2規制部を有することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の車両用バッテリパック。
- 前記第2ダクトが前記第1ブラケットに固定され、
前記第2規制部は、前記第2ダクトと前記第1ブラケットとの固定位置よりも前記第1電装部品に近い位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記第1電装部品の上方に配置される第2ブラケットと、
前記バッテリの上面に配置され、前記ハウジングに支持される第3ブラケットと、を備え、
前記第2ブラケットは、前記第3ブラケットに支持され、
前記第2ブラケットの前記並び方向における前記第2電装部品側の端部は、前記第1電装部品よりも前記第2電装部品に近い位置に配置され、かつ、前記第2ダクトと対面していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記第2ダクトは、
前記第1電装部品の下面に対面し、かつ、前記下面に沿って延びる底面部材と、
前記並び方向における前記底面部材の両側端から上方に延びる一対の側壁部材と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。 - 前記第2電装部品の上方に第3電装部品が配置され、
前記第3電装部品は、前記並び方向と直交する方向で前記第1ダクトと対面し、かつ、前記並び方向で前記第2ダクトと対面する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の車両用バッテリパック。
