Claims (10)
- 電動モータ(11)と、エンジン(12)と、前記電動モータ(11)を駆動するバッテリモジュール(37,45)を収容してフロアパネル(14)の下面に配置されたバッテリケース(31,32)と、前記エンジン(12)から後方に延びる排気通路部材(19)と、前記フロアパネル(14)の上面に配置された前部シート(15)および後部シート(16)とを備える電動車両であって、
前記バッテリケース(31,32)は、各々が別個のバッテリモジュール(37,45)を収容するように独立して形成された第1バッテリケース(31)と第2バッテリケース(32)とからなり、前記第2バッテリケース(32)は前記第1バッテリケース(31)よりも小型であって該第1バッテリケース(31)の前上部に載置され、前記第2バッテリケース(32)は前記後部シート(16)のシートクッション(16a)の前部下方に配置され、前記第1バッテリケース(31)のケース上壁(34a)と前記第2バッテリケース(32)のケース下壁(42a)との間には、前記第2バッテリケース(32)を該第2バッテリケース(32)の外方から冷却する冷媒ジャケット(47)が形成され、前記第1バッテリケース(31)の車幅方向中央部の下面には前後方向に延びて前記排気通路部材(19)の少なくとも一部が通過する凹部(33a)が形成され、前記第1バッテリケース(31)に収容される前記バッテリモジュール(37)は前記凹部(33a)の左右両側に配置され、前記第2バッテリケース(32)に収容される前記バッテリモジュール(45)は長手方向を車幅方向に向けて配置されることを特徴とする電動車両。 - バッテリ制御装置(40)およびジャンクションボード(39)の少なくとも一方を前記第1バッテリケース(31)の後部における前記凹部(33a)の上方空間に配置し、セル電圧センサ(41)を前記第1バッテリケース(31)の後部における前記バッテリモジュール(37)の上方空間に配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1バッテリケース(31)の後部上面の車幅方向中央部の高さは、前記第2バッテリケース(32)の上面の高さよりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電動車両。

- 前記冷媒ジャケット(47)は、前記第1バッテリケース(31)のケース上壁(34a)下面と前記第2バッテリケース(32)のケース下壁(42a)上面とにより区画されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第2バッテリケース(32)のケース後壁(43c)は前上方から後下方に向かって傾斜しており、前記第2バッテリケース(32)の前部に配置した前記バッテリモジュール(45)の後面と前記ケース後壁(43c)の前面との間に区画される空間に配線類(49)を配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3,請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1バッテリケース(31)の上部および前記第2バッテリケース(32)の後部の少なくとも一方は車幅方向に延びる梁部(34f,43d)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3,請求項5,請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記第1バッテリケース(31)は前記バッテリモジュール(37,45)と前記電動車両の電気機器とを電気的に接続するコネクタ(50,51)を備え、前記コネクタ(50,51)は本体部(50a)とインターフェース部(50b,51a)とを備え、前記インターフェース部(50b,51a)は前記第1バッテリケース(31)の前壁(33h)あるいは後壁であって、かつ車体前後方向に見て前記凹部(33a)の上方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3,請求項5~請求項7の何れか1項に記載の電動車両。
- 前記本体部(50a)は上面視で前記凹部(33a)の上方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電動車両。
- 前記インターフェース部(50a,51)は前記第1バッテリケース(31)の前壁(33h)に配置され、前記本体部(50a)は前記凹部(33a)の上方に配置されるジャンクションボード(39)の前方に配置され、前記ジャンクションボード(39)と前記本体部(50a)とは電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電動車両。
