Abstract
【解決手段】車載構造10は、DC−DCコンバータ28及び冷却構造体32が設けられる電装ユニット12を、ブラケット34を介して車両フレームに固定する。冷却構造体32は、非金属材料で形成されるダクト部材40を有し、DC−DCコンバータ28は、同一の固定ボルト60により前記ダクト部材40と一体にブラケット34に共締めされる。

Claims (3)
- 複数の高圧電装機器及び前記複数の高圧電装機器を冷却する冷却構造体が設けられる電装ユニットを、ブラケットを介して車両フレームに固定するための電装ユニットの車載構造であって、
前記冷却構造体は、非金属材料で形成されるダクト部材を有し、
前記複数の高圧電装機器の中、少なくとも1つの高圧電装機器は、同一の固定具により前記ダクト部材と一体に前記ブラケットに共締めされることを特徴とする電装ユニットの車載構造。 - 請求項1記載の車載構造において、前記電装ユニットは、前記高圧電装機器であるDC−DCコンバータ及びジャンクションボックスを設け、
前記DC−DCコンバータは、前記ブラケットの一方の面側に前記ダクト部材と一体に共締めされるとともに、
前記ジャンクションボックスは、前記ブラケットの他方の面側に固定されることを特徴とする電装ユニットの車載構造。 - 請求項2記載の車載構造において、前記DC−DCコンバータと他の電装機器とに接続される第1電力線、及び前記ジャンクションボックスと別の電装機器とに接続される第2電力線は、前記ブラケットが固定される前記車両フレームに、それぞれ固定点を設けることを特徴とする電装ユニットの車載構造。
