Claims (4)
- 走行用のモータに電力を供給するインバータの車載構造であり、
金属板で作られており、インバータを車両に固定するブラケットと、
前記インバータのケースと車両の一方と前記ブラケットの間に嵌挿されており、絶縁体で作られている防振ブッシュと、
インバータのケースと車両のボディを電気的に接続する編組線と、
を備えており、
前記防振ブッシュは、
絶縁体で作られており、前記ブラケットの端部に取り付けられているブッシュ本体と、
前記端部とは反対側で前記ブッシュ本体に接合されているとともに、前記ケースに接触する金属製の金具と、
を備えており、
前記編組線の一端が前記金具に電気的機械的に接続されているとともに前記編組線の他端はブラケットに電気的機械的に接続されており、前記編組線が、前記ブラケットの金属板に沿って配索されていることを特徴とするインバータの車載構造。 - 前記防振ブッシュは前記ブラケットと前記ケースの間に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載構造。
- 前記編組線はフラットであり、その平面が前記ブラケットの金属板に対向していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車載構造。
- 走行用のモータに電力を供給するインバータを車両に固定するためのブラケットユニットであり、
インバータのケースと車両の一方に固定される金属製の第1固定部と、
前記ケースと前記車両の他方に固定される金属製の第2固定部と、
金属板で作られており、前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部を連結する連結部と、
前記第1固定部に取り付けられている絶縁体のブッシュ本体と、
前記第1固定部とは反対側でブッシュ本体に接合されており、前記ケースと前記車両の前記一方と接触する金属製の金具と、
前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部と前記連結部のいずれかに一端が電気的機械的に接続されており、前記金具に他端が電気的機械的に接続されているとともに、前記連結部に沿って配索されている編組線と、
を備えていることを特徴とするインバータ車載用のブラケットユニット。
