表4は、外側ガラスプライ21及び内側ガラスプライ22が双方ともに、上記組成物2に従う同じ色に色付けされる以外は、表3に似ており、
表5は、外側ガラスプライ21が上記組成物1に従い色付けされ、内側ガラスプライ22が清澄ガラス(典型的には、先に記載したようなもの)であり、及び中間層プライ24が、(a)清澄PVB、(b)35%のLTAを持つ色付きPVB、(c)18%のLTAを持つ色付きPVB、又は(d)示したようなIR吸収性PVBのいずれかである場合を表示し、及び
表6は、外側ガラスプライ21が上記組成物2に従い色付けされる以外は、表5に似ている。
Claims (34)
- 乗り物グレイジングであって、
色付きガラスのペインで、
前記ガラスが、1.0から1.8%まで(ガラスの重量によって)の全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)、重量で100から270ppmの酸化コバルト(Co3O4として算出して)及び重量で20ppmよりも少ない量のセレン(Seとして算出して)を含有する着色剤部分を持っているもの、及び
ペインの内面上の低放射率被膜
を備える、乗り物グレイジング。 - 被膜が0.05から0.45までの範囲において放射率を持つ、請求項1記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 被膜が透明導電性酸化物を含有する、請求項1又は2記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 被膜が更にドーパントを含有する、請求項3記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 被膜が金属層及び少なくとも1種の誘電体層を含む、請求項1又は2記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 色付きガラスのペインが強化ガラスである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 色付きガラスのペインが1.5mmから8mmまでの範囲において厚さを持つ、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 色付きガラスのペインが重量で0.05から1.6%までの酸化第一鉄(FeOとして算出して)を含有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 色付きガラスのペインが重量で500ppmまでの酸化ニッケル(NiOとして算出して)を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 50%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率及び30%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つ、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の乗り物グレイジング。
- 乗り物において用いるための、積層グレイジングであって、ガラスの2種のプライと共にそれらの間に積層される中間層のシートを備えるものであって、そこでは、少なくとも1種のガラスのプライ又は中間層物質のシートが色付き本体であるもの、及びグレイジングの内面上の低放射率被膜を備える、積層グレイジング。
- 色付きガラスのプライであり、
前記ガラスが、0.5から4.0%まで(ガラスの重量によって)の全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)を含有する着色剤部分を持つもの、
ガラスの更なるプライ及びそれらの間に積層される中間層物質のシート、及び
グレイジングの内面上の低放射率被膜
を備える、請求項11記載の積層グレイジング。 - ガラスの外側プライ、ガラスの内側プライ及びそれらの間に積層される色付き本体の中間層物質のシート、及び
グレイジングの内面上の低放射率被膜
を備える、請求項11記載の積層グレイジング。 - グレイジングが3mmから10mmまでの範囲において厚さを持つ、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 各プライが1.5mmから5mmまでの範囲において厚さを持つ、請求項14記載の積層グレイジング。
- 中間層物質のシートが、透明であり、及びポリビニルブチラールから構成される、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 中間層物質のシートが、35%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率を持つように色付けされている、請求項16記載の積層グレイジング。
- 中間層物質のシートが、0.76mmの厚さで35%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率及び25%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つように色付けされている、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 中間層物質のシートが赤外線吸収性である、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 少なくとも1種のガラスのプライが清澄なガラスである、請求項11〜19のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- ガラスの更なるプライが、0.5から4.0%まで(ガラスの重量によって)の全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)、重量で0.05から1.6%までの酸化第一鉄(FeOとして算出して)、重量で5から350ppmまでの酸化コバルト(Co3O4として算出して)を含有する着色剤部分、及び2.1mmで75%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率及び45%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つ色付きガラスである、請求項12及び請求項12に従属する請求項14〜19のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- ガラスの更なるプライが、0.4から4.0%まで(ガラスの重量によって)の全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)、重量で0.05から1.6%までの酸化第一鉄(FeOとして算出して)を含有する着色剤部分、及び2.1mmで88%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率及び72%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つ色付きガラスである、請求項12及び請求項12に従属する請求項14〜19のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 35%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率及び20%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つ、請求項11〜22のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 70%又はそれよりも大きな可視光透過率及び60%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つ、請求項11〜22のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 少なくとも1種のガラスのプライが、清澄なガラスであるか、又は0.4から4.0%まで(ガラスの重量によって)の全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)及び重量で0.05から1.6%までの酸化第一鉄(FeOとして算出して)を含有する着色剤部分を持つ色付きガラスである、請求項11〜24のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- 50%又はそれよりも小さい可視光透過率及び30%又はそれよりも低い透過エネルギーを持つ、請求項11〜25のいずれか一項記載の積層グレイジング。
- グレイジングの使用であって、ルーフグレイジングとしての、請求項1〜26のいずれか一項記載のグレイジングの使用。
- 積層グレイジングの使用であって、ウインドスクリーンとしての、請求項11、12又は13記載の積層グレイジングの使用。
- 積層した乗り物ルーフグレイジングであって、請求項11記載のグレイジングであり、色付きガラスの外側プライ及び低放射率被膜を積載する清澄ガラスの内側プライを備える、積層した乗り物ルーフグレイジング。
- 積層した乗り物ルーフグレイジングであって、請求項11記載のグレイジングであり、中間層物質のシートが色付き本体である、積層した乗り物ルーフグレイジング。
- 低放射率被膜が熱分解被膜である、請求項29又は30記載の積層した乗り物ルーフグレイジング。
- 少なくとも15%の可視光透過率及びその光透過率よりも高く15%以下の全太陽熱透過率を持つ、請求項29〜31のいずれか一項記載の積層した乗り物ルーフグレイジング。
- 乗り物グレイジングであって、実質的に、添付図面を参照してこれより前に記載するようなもので、及び添付図面に示すようなものである、乗り物グレイジング。
- 積層グレイジングであって、実質的に、添付図面を参照してこれより前に記載するようなもので、及び添付図面に示すようなものである、積層グレイジング。
