Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.中間色に着色されたソーダ石灰シリカガラス組成物であって、 68〜75重量%のSiO2、10〜18重量%のNa2O、5〜15重量%の CaO、0〜5重量%のMgO、0〜5重量%のAl2O3、0〜5重量%のK2 O、及び0〜5重量%のBaO、及び着色剤を含むことを特徴とし、 前記着色剤が、約1.2〜2重量%のFe2O3(Fe2O3の重量%値に換算し た鉄の総量)、約0.01〜0.05重量%のNiO、約0.02〜0.04重 量%のCo3O4、約0.09〜3重量%のTiO2、及び0.0002〜0.0 05重量%のSeからなることを特徴とし、 鉄の総量に対する酸化第一鉄の重量%値の比率である第一鉄値が、18〜30 %の範囲であることを特徴とする中間色に着色されたソーダ石灰シリカガラス組 成物。 2.名目厚さ4mmの前記ガラスが、可視光線透過率(標準光源A)が40〜5 0%の範囲にあるとき、全太陽エネルギー透過率が前記可視光線透過率より少な くとも15%低いレベルであり、前記可視光線透過率が40%未満であるとき、 全太陽エネルギー透過率が25%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の ガラス。 3.CIELAB色空間による表示で、a*=-5±5、b*=10±20、L*= 50±10と定義される色を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。 4.CIELAB色空間による表示で、a*=-4±3、b*=0±10、L*=5 0±5と定義される色を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。 5.主波長が490〜580の範囲で、刺激純度が15未満であることとを特徴 とする請求項1に記載のガラス。 6.主波長が545〜570の範囲で、刺激純度が10未満であることとを特徴 とする請求項1に記載のガラス。 7.0.53以下の遮光率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。 8.25%以下の紫外線透過率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラ ス。 9.中間色に着色されたソーダ石灰シリカガラス組成物であって、 68〜75重量%のSiO2、10〜18重量%のNa2O、5〜15重量% のCaO、0〜5重量%のMgO、0〜5重量%のAl2O3、0〜5重量%の K2O、及び0〜5重量%のBaO、及び着色剤を含むことを特徴とし、 前記着色剤が、約1.2〜2重量%のFe2O3(Fe2O3の重量%値に換算し た鉄の総量)、約0.01〜0.05重量%のNiO、約0.02〜0.04重 量%のCo3O4、約0.09〜3重量%のTiO2、及び0.0002〜0.0 05重量%のSeからなることを特徴とし、 鉄の総量に対する酸化第一鉄の重量%値の比率である第一鉄値が、18〜30 %の範囲であることを特徴とし、 名目厚さ4mmの前記ガラスが、可視光線透過率(標準光源A)が40〜50% の範囲にあるとき、全太陽エネルギー透過率が前記可視光線透過率より少なくと も15%低いレベルであり、前記可視光線透過率が40%未満であるとき、全太 陽エネルギー透過率が25%未満であることを特徴とする中間色に着色されたソ ーダ石灰シリカガラス組成物。 10.前記Fe2O3の重量%値(鉄の総量)が1.3〜1.6%の範囲であるこ とを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス。 11.前記NiOが0.0225〜0.0285重量%の範囲で存在することを 特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス。 12.前記Co3O4が0.020〜0.026重量%の範囲で存在することを特 徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス。 13.前記Seが0.0010〜0.0020重量%の範囲で存在することを特 徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス。 14.前記TiO2が0.4〜1重量%の範囲で存在することを特徴とする請求 項9に記載のガラス。 15.第一鉄値が約19〜約24%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項9に 記載のガラス。 16.CIELAB色空間による表示で、a*=-4±3、b*=0±10、L*= 50±5と定義される色を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス。 17.0.46以下の遮光率を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガラス 。 18.18%以下の紫外線透過率を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のガ ラス。 19.中間色に着色されたソーダ石灰シリカガラス組成物であって、 68〜75重量%のSiO2、10〜18重量%のNa2O、5〜15重量% のCaO、0〜5重量%のMgO、0〜5重量%のAl2O3、0〜5重量%の K2O、及び0〜5重量%のBaO、及び着色剤を含むことを特徴とし、 前記着色剤が、約1.3〜1.6重量%のFe2O3(Fe2O3の重量%値に換 算した鉄の総量)、約0.0225〜0.0285重量%のNiO、約0.02 0〜0.026重量%のCo3O4、約0.4〜1重量%のTiO2、及び0.0 010〜0.0020重量%のSeからなることを特徴とし、 鉄の総量に対する酸化第一鉄の重量%値の比率である第一鉄値が、1 8〜30%の範囲であることを特徴とし、 前記ガラスが、名目厚さ4mmにおいて、25%以下の可視光線透過率、25 %以下の全太陽エネルギー透過率、及び15%以下の紫外線透過率を有すること を特徴とする中間色に着色されたソーダ石灰シリカガラス組成物。 20.0.46以下の遮光率を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス 。
