Abstract
【解決手段】版胴部5、5間に溝6を有するグラビアロール2にてストライプ状の塗膜を形成するグラビア塗工装置であって、版胴部5の端面5aにほぼロール半径方向に沿って接して前記端面5aの塗布液3を掻き取る両側のエッジ8と、溝6底面に沿う内周部のほぼ中央部に形成されたロール回転方向に沿う液排出用の溝状通路9と、両側のエッジ8から溝状通路9に液を案内するテーパ面10とを有する掻き取り部材7を前記溝6内に配置した。

Claims (3)
- 複数の版胴部間に溝を有するグラビアロールにてストライプ状の塗膜を形成するグラビア塗工装置であって、版胴部の端面にほぼロール半径方向に沿って接して前記端面の塗布液を掻き取る両側のエッジと、溝底面に沿う内周部のほぼ中央部に形成されたロール回転方向に沿う液排出用の溝状通路と、両側のエッジから溝状通路に液を案内するテーパ面とを有する掻き取り部材を前記溝内に配置したことを特徴とするグラビア塗工装置。
- 掻き取り部材は、塗布液に対する撥液性を有する材質にて構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のグラビア塗工装置。
- 塗布液は、電池用電極板の活物質を含む塗工部の表面に多孔質絶縁膜を形成する無機酸化物フィラーとその結着剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のグラビア塗工装置。
