Abstract
【解決手段】新たな車両走行開始に際して、異常判定手段136によって判定された高速段Hの形成に関連する要素の異常に関する情報が記憶手段138により記憶されている場合には、高速段Hの形成に関連する要素の異常を再度判定させるために、再判定用変速段成立手段144により高速段Hが成立させられるので、実際に高速段Hが形成されている状態でないと検出できない異常が走行する前に予め判定されることから、例えば異常が発生している場合には高速段Hへの変速を禁止するフェールセーフ作動を行うことが可能になる一方で、例えば正常復帰している場合には高速段Hへの変速が可能になり、ドライバビリティを向上させることができる。

Claims (3)
- 複数の変速段を形成可能な有段式自動変速機を備えた車両の異常判定装置であって、
所定の変速段が形成されている車両状態において該所定の変速段の形成に関連する要素の異常を判定する異常判定手段と、
該異常判定手段によって判定された異常に関する情報を記憶する記憶手段と、
新たな車両走行開始に際して、前記記憶手段により異常に関する情報が記憶されている場合には、該記憶されている異常が発生した前記所定の変速段の形成に関連する要素の異常を再度判定させるために、該所定の変速段を成立させる再判定用変速段成立手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両の異常判定装置。 - 前記有段式自動変速機は、低速段と高速段とが形成可能であり、
前記再判定用変速段成立手段は、前記記憶手段により記憶された前記異常に関する情報が前記高速段の形成に関連する要素のものである場合に、新たな車両走行開始時に該高速段を形成して前記異常判定手段に該高速段の形成に関連する要素の異常を再判定させるものである請求項1の車両の異常判定装置。 - 前記車両はハイブリッド車両であり、
前記再判定用変速段成立手段は、該ハイブリッド車両の起動操作に応答し且つ走行可能状態の設定に先立って、前記有段式自動変速機を高速段とするものである請求項2の車両の異常判定装置。
