Abstract
【解決手段】自動変速機100は、プライマリシャフトSPとカウンタシャフトSCとの間に変速段数と同数のギヤ列を設け、油圧式の第1クラッチCL1および第2クラッチCL2 によってクランクシャフトSIと変速機との間で回転の伝達を遮断または接続する。
第1クラッチCL1および第2クラッチCL2のいずれかに作動油の圧力を接続する切替バルブ154を設ける。切替バルブ154と第1クラッチCL1および第2クラッチCL2との間には一対のオリフィスコントロールバルブ158,159を配置する。切替バルブ154と第1クラッチCL1および第2クラッチCL2との間には一対のアキュムレータ156,157を配置する。

Claims (4)
- 油圧で作動する第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチのいずれか一方を介して内燃機関の出力軸に接続される主軸と、主軸の回転を変速機出力軸に伝達する歯車列とを有し、前記油圧クラッチ機構の断接と前記歯車列中のドッグクラッチの断接とによって変速比を決定する自動変速機の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1クラッチおよび前記第2クラッチに作動油の圧力を伝達する油圧回路を、第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチにそれぞれ個別に設けたことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 油圧で作動する第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチのいずれか一方を介して内燃機関の出力軸に接続される主軸と、主軸の回転を変速機出力軸に伝達する歯車列とを有し、前記油圧クラッチ機構の断接と前記歯車列中のドッグクラッチの断接とによって変速比を決定する自動変速機の油圧制御装置において、
前記第1クラッチに作動油を供給する第1油路と、
前記第2クラッチに作動油を供給する第2油路と、
前記第1油路および前記第2油路のいずれかに作動油の圧力を接続する切替バルブと、
前記第1油路および前記第2油路の途中にそれぞれ形成された分岐路に設けられたオリフィスコントロールバルブとを具備したことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記第1油路および前記第2油路の途中に、前記分岐路とは別に形成された第2の分岐路に設けられたアキュムレータとをさらに具備したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機が多段自動変速機であり、奇数速時には前記第1クラッチを介して、偶数速時には前記第2クラッチを介して内燃機関の出力軸を前記主軸にそれぞれ接続するように構成されたことを特徴とする自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
