Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のセルロースファイバ、セルロースステープルファイバは、次の工程を有する製造方法により得られる。(A)セルロース含有材料を水性第3アミンオキサイドに溶解して紡糸可能セルロース溶液を得る工程、(B)セルロース溶液を紡糸し水性沈殿浴を通過させて水含有膨張フィラメントを得る工程、(C)フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり平均で少なくとも二つの圧潰点があるように水含有膨張フィラメントを異なる点で圧潰する工程、及び(D)圧潰フィラメントを乾燥してセルロースファイバを得る工程を含み、この方法において、圧潰点が乾燥ファイバに残存し、線形偏光下で観察すると圧潰点を見ることができるように、フィラメントを十分な圧力で圧潰する。
Description
(A) セルロース含有材料を、水性第3アミンオキサイドに溶解して紡糸可能セルロース溶液を得る工程、
(B)セルロース溶液を紡糸し、水性沈殿浴に通過させて水含有膨張フィラメントを得る工程、
(C)水含有膨張フィラメントをさまざまな点で絞り、その結果フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも二つの絞り点を得る工程、及び
(D)絞ったフィラメントをセルロースファイバに乾燥してセルロースファイバを製造する工程を含む。この方法において、フィラメントに形成した絞り点を乾燥ファイバでも維持し、線形偏光の下で観察すると、色の変化として見ることができるように、十分に高圧力で絞りを行う。
Claims (11)
- (A)セルロース含有材料を水性第3アミンオキサイドに溶解して紡糸可能セルロース溶液を得る工程、
(B)セルロース溶液を紡糸し、水性沈殿浴に通過させて水含有膨張フィラメントを得る工程、
(C)水含有膨張フィラメントをさまざまな点で絞り、その結果フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも二つの絞り点を得る工程、及び
(D)絞ったフィラメントをセルロースファイバに乾燥してセルロースファイバを製造する工程を含むセルロースファイバの製造方法であって、フィラメントに形成した絞り点を乾燥ファイバでも維持し、線形偏光の下で観察する際、色の変化として見ることができるように、十分に高圧で絞りを行う、
セルロースファイバの製造方法によって得られるセルロースファイバ。 - フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも三つの絞り点を得るように絞りを行う、請求項1に記載の方法によって得られるセルロースファイバ。
- フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも六つの絞り点を得るように絞りを行う、請求項1に記載の方法によって得られるセルロースファイバ。
- 工程(B)で得た膨張フィラメントを絞りの前にカットする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースファイバ製造方法によって得られるセルロースステープルファイバ。
- 絞りの前に、カットしたフィラメントがランダム配向性であるフリースを、カットした水含有膨張フィラメントから製造し、該フリースを加圧する、請求項4に記載のセルロースファイバ製造方法によって得られるセルロースステープルファイバ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースファイバを含むことを特徴とする、撚り糸。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースファイバを含むことを特徴とする、布。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースファイバを含むことを特徴とする、不織布またはメリヤス。
- 請求項4または5に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含むことを特徴とする、撚り糸。
- 請求項4または5に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含むことを特徴とする、布。
- 請求項4または5に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含むことを特徴とする、不織布またはメリヤス。
