Abstract
【解決手段】(A)セルロース含有材料を水性第3アミンオキサイドに溶解して紡糸可能セルロース溶液を得ることと、(B)前記紡糸可能セルロース溶液を紡糸し、水性沈殿浴に通過させて水含有膨張フィラメントを得ることと、(C)前記水含有膨張フィラメントをカットすることと、(D)前記カットされた水含有膨張フィラメントをさまざまな点で絞り、その結果フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも二つの絞り点を得ることと、(E)前記絞ったフィラメントを乾燥してセルロースファイバを得ることと、を含む工程を経て得られるセルロースステープルファイバであって、前記絞り点が乾燥したファイバにおいても維持され、該絞り点は線形偏光の下で色の変化として観察でき、該ファイバの断面に生じた変形が維持されることを特徴とする、セルロースステープルファイバ。

Description
(A)セルロース含有材料を水性第3アミンオキサイドに溶解して紡糸可能セルロース溶液を得ることと、
(B)前記紡糸可能セルロース溶液を紡糸し、水性沈殿浴に通過させて水含有膨張フィラメントを得ることと、
(C)前記水含有膨張フィラメントをカットすることと、
(D)前記カットされた水含有膨張フィラメントをさまざまな点で絞り、その結果フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも二つの絞り点を得ることと、
(E)前記絞ったフィラメントを乾燥してセルロースファイバを得ることと、
を含む工程を経て得られる。
向性により互いにその上に重ね合わされるため、加圧中、他の点でなく、ファイバが互いの上に重なり合う点に高圧を加えることができるという事実によって、不規則な表面を形成するのに必要な、さまざまな圧力を得ることができる。このため、加圧面を必ずしも形成する必要はないことがわかった。これは、断面の異なる変形を示唆している。
約106Paの圧力を加えた。その後、得られたステープルファイバを乾燥した。
Claims (7)
- (A)セルロース含有材料を水性第3アミンオキサイドに溶解して紡糸可能セルロース溶液を得ることと、
(B)前記紡糸可能セルロース溶液を紡糸し、水性沈殿浴に通過させて水含有膨張フィラメントを得ることと、
(C)前記水含有膨張フィラメントをカットすることと、
(D)前記カットされた水含有膨張フィラメントをさまざまな点で絞り、その結果フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも二つの絞り点を得ることと、
(E)前記絞ったフィラメントを乾燥してセルロースファイバを得ることと、
を含む工程を経て得られるセルロースステープルファイバであって、
前記絞り点が乾燥したファイバにおいても維持され、該絞り点は線形偏光の下で色の変化として観察でき、かつ前記ファイバの断面に生じた変形が乾燥したファイバにおいても維持される、セルロースステープルファイバ。 - フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも3つの絞り点を有する請求項1に記載のセルロースステープルファイバ。
- フィラメント長のミリメートル当たり、平均で少なくとも6つの絞り点を有する請求項1に記載のセルロースステープルファイバ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含む、撚り糸。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含む、布。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含む、不織布。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセルロースステープルファイバを含む、メリヤス。
