Claims (9)
- 孔(2,3)を通じて外壁(6)へとセンサ本体(1)を貫通する測定素子(4,5)により温度、特に射出成形金型壁の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置であって、
測定素子(4,5)をセンサ本体(1)内及び/又はセンサ本体内に予め形成した支持筒(7)に固定していることを特徴とする温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置。 - 前記支持筒(7)内に補償導線(10)を備え、その補償導線から測定素子(4,5)がセンサ本体(1)内へと突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置。
- 前記補償導線(10)がガラス繊維/カプトン(登録商標)製の外部断熱を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置。
- 前記支持筒(7)に引き出し用ネジ(9)を付設していることを特徴とする請求3記載の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置。
- 孔(2,3)を通じて外壁(6)へとセンサ本体(1)を貫通する測定素子(4,5)により温度、特に射出成形金型壁の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法であって、センサ本体(1)内の前記測定素子(4,5)を前記孔(2,3)の断面を縮小することによって固定していることを特徴とする温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法。
- 孔(2,3)を通じて外壁(6)へとセンサ本体(1)を貫通する測定素子(4,5)により温度、特に射出成形金型壁の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法であって、前記センサ本体(1)に支持筒(7)を配置し、その内部空間の補償導線(10)から測定素子(4,5)が引き出されており、補償導線(10)が内部空間に固定されるように、支持筒(7)の内部空間の断面が部分的に縮小していることを特徴とする温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法。
- 孔(2,3)を通じて外壁(6)へとセンサ本体(1)を貫通する測定素子(4,5)により温度、特に射出成形金型壁の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法であって、前記測定素子(4,5)を前記孔(2,3)からやや突出させその後研磨することを特徴とする温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法。
- 孔(2,3)を通じて外壁(6)へとセンサ本体(1)を貫通する測定素子(4,5)により温度、特に射出成形金型壁の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法であって、前記測定素子(4,5)を前記孔(2,3)からやや突出させ、溶接又は半田滴で覆い、前記測定素子(4,5)と共に研磨することを特徴とする温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法。
- 外壁(6)の平面まで研磨することを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の温度の測定、監視及び/又は制御装置の製造方法。
