Claims (9)
- 사출성형기에 있어서, 센서체(1) 및/또는 상류의 권축기(7)의 센서체 내에 삽입되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정요소(4,5)로써, 상기 센서체(1)의 내부에 형성된 구멍(2,3)을 통해 최소한 상기 센서체(1)의 외벽(6)까지 관통되는 상기 측정요소(4,5)를 최소한으로 구비하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 센서체(1) 내의 상기 측정요소(4,5)가 외부로 돌출되어진 이퀄라이저 (10)가 권축기 (7) 내에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 이퀄라이저(10)는 유리섬유/폴리마이드 소재로 된 외부절연체가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 권축기(7)에 이동식 나사산(9)이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/또는 통제하는 장치.
- 사출성형기에 있어서, 센서체(1) 및/또는 상류의 권축기(7)의 센서체 내에 삽입되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정요소(4,5)로써, 상기 센서체(1)의 내부에 형성된 구멍(2,3)의 횡단면의 축소를 통해 최소한 상기 센서체(1)의 외벽(6)까지 관통되는 상기 측정요소(4,5)를 최소한으로 구비하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/또는 통제하는 장치를 생산하는 방법.
- 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기 이퀄라이져(10)에 의해 내부 공간이 관통되는 권축기(7)에 삽입되는 측정요소(4,5)로써, 상기 권축기(7)의 내부공간의 횡단면 일부의 최소한의 축소에 의해 상기 이퀄라이져(10)가 상기 권축기(7)의 내부공간에 고정되는 곳에 부착되어져 센서체(1)의 외벽(6)까지 관통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 측정요소(4,5)를 최소한으로 구비하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치를 생산하는 방법.
- 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기 구멍(2,3)으로 부터 외부로 노출된 후 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정요소(4,5)로써, 상기 센서체(1)의 내부에 형성된 구멍 (2,3)의 통해 최소한 상기 센서체(1)의 외벽(6)까지 관통되는 상기 측정요소(4,5)를 최소한으로 구비하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치를 생산하는 방법.
- 사출성형기에 있어서, 상기 구멍(2,3)으로 부터 외부로 노출되고, 증기방울 또는 납땜 방울들로 뒤덮이고 이들 방울들과 함께 연마되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정 요소(4,5)로써, 상기 센서체(1)의 내부에 형성된 구멍(2,3)의 통해 최소한 상기 센서체(1)의 외벽(6)까지 관통되는 상기 측정요소(4,5)를 최소한으로 구비하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치를 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7항 내지 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 외벽(6)은 외벽의 평평한 면 위까지 마멸이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 벽면 온도를 측정, 탐지 및/ 또는 통제하는 장치를 생산하는 방법.
