Abstract
Description
(a)SiOz(0.03≦z≦2.0)の基材層、
(b)TiO2/SiOy(0.03≦y≦1.8)を非酸化性雰囲気中で焼成することによって得られる中間層、及び
(c)TiO2層
を含む顔料、又は
(a)Alの基材層、
(b)TiO2/Alを非酸化性雰囲気中で焼成することによって得られる中間層、及び
(c)TiO2層
を含む顔料であり、特に好ましいものは、SiOz小板又はAl小板に基づき、表面全体がTiO2でコーティングされたのち、非酸化性雰囲気中で焼成されているものである。
a)TiO2層を支持体に蒸着させる工程、
b)工程a)で得られたTiO2層にSiOy層又は金属層、特にアルミニウム層を蒸着させる工程、及び
c)工程b)で得られたSiOy層又は金属層にTiO2層を蒸着させる工程

実施例1
高真空下、TiO2層(100nm)、SiO層(100nm)及びTiO2層(100nm)をこの順序で昇華させてガラス板に付着させた。一方のサンプルを基準サンプルとして使用し(サンプル1)、他方のサンプル(サンプル2)を窒素雰囲気中550℃で2時間加熱した。
0.1Pa未満の真空下、SiOの昇華によってSiOyフレークを製造した。基材を事前にNaCl剥離層100nmでコーティングした。基材を脱イオン水で洗浄し、得られたフレークを脱イオン水で洗浄してNaClを除去し、乾燥させた。白く見える厚さ245nm±5%のSiOyフレークが得られた。SiOyフレークは、反射光で作動する顕微鏡の下では青く見えた。空気中の最大反射率の振幅は10%未満であった。
Claims (11)
- TiO2/SiOy(0.03≦y≦1.95、特に0.03≦y≦1.8、とりわけ0.70≦y≦1.8)又はTiO2/金属、特にTi、Zr、Cr又はZn、とりわけAlを非酸化性雰囲気中で焼成することによって得られる層を含む小板形の顔料。
- (a)SiOz(0.03≦z≦2.0、特に0.10≦z≦2.0、とりわけ0.70≦z≦2.0)の基材層、
(b)TiO2/SiOy(0.03≦y≦1.8)を非酸化性雰囲気中で焼成することによって得られる中間層、及び
(c)TiO2層
を含む、請求項1記載の顔料。 - (a)Alの基材層、

を含む、請求項1記載の顔料。 - (a)SiOx2層もしくはSiOy1層を上下の面に有するが、側面には有しないSiOx1のコアを有する多層小板形基材層、SiOx1層もしくはSiOy1層を上下の面に有するが、側面には有しないSiOx2のコアを有する多層小板形基材層、SiOx1層もしくはSiOx2層を上下の面に有するが、側面には有しないSiOy1のコアを有する多層小板形基材層又はSiOx1層、SiOx2層もしくはSiOy1層を上下の面に有するが、側面には有しない金属、特にAlのコアを有する多層小板形基材層、
(b)TiO2/SiOx1、TiO2/SiOx2又はTiO2/SiOy1を非酸化性雰囲気中で焼成することによって得られる中間層、及び
(c)TiO2層
(0.03≦x1<0.70、特に0.05≦x1≦0.50、とりわけ0.10≦x1≦0.30、0.70≦x2≦0.99、1.00≦y1≦1.95、特に1.0≦y1≦1.8、とりわけ1.1≦y1≦1.8)
を含む、請求項1記載の顔料。 - 基材層が、厚さ20〜1000nm、好ましくは50〜500nmである、請求項2記載の顔料。
- 中間層が、厚さ1〜500nm、好ましくは10〜50nmである、請求項2又は5記載の顔料。
- TiO2層が、厚さ1〜200nm、特に10〜100nm、とりわけ20〜50nmである、請求項2、5及び6のいずれか1項記載の顔料。
- (a)TiO2コーティングされたSiOy小板(0.03≦y≦1.95、特に0.03≦y≦1.8、とりわけ0.70≦y≦1.8)又はTiO2コーティングされた金属小板、特にAl小板を非酸化性ガス雰囲気中600℃を超える温度で焼成し、
(b)場合によっては、TiO2コーティングされたSiOy小板を、200℃を超える、好ましくは400℃を超える、特に500〜1000℃の温度で、空気又は他の酸素含有ガスによって処理する、請求項1記載の顔料の製造方法。 - 請求項8記載の方法によって得ることができる顔料。
- 請求項1〜7又は9のいずれか1項記載の顔料の、単独で又は工業的に通例の顔料と組み合わせての、塗料、織物、インクジェット印刷、化粧品、コーティング、印刷インク、プラスチック、セラミックス及びガラスのためのうわぐすりならびにセキュリティ印刷における使用。
- 請求項1〜7又は9のいずれか1項記載の顔料を含む化粧品調製物、着色剤、コーティング、印刷インク、プラスチック又はセラミックス及びガラスのためのうわぐすり。
