Claims (13)
1. Пигмент пластинчатой формы, включающий слой, полученный прокаливанием в неокислительной атмосфере TiO2/SiOу, в котором 0,03≤у<1,95, предпочтительно 0,03≤у≤1,8, более предпочтительно 0,70≤у≤1,8, или TiO2/металл, предпочтительно Ti, Zr, Cr или Zn, более предпочтительно Al.
2. Пигмент по п.1, включающий
(а) слой подложки из SiOz, в котором 0,03≤z≤2,0, предпочтительно 0,10≤z≤2,0, более предпочтительно 0,70≤z≤2,0,
(б) промежуточный слой, полученный прокаливанием в неокислительной атмосфере TiO2/SiOу, в котором 0,03≤у≤1,8, и
(в) слой TiO2.
3. Пигмент по п.1, включающий
(а) слой подложки из Al,
(б) промежуточный слой, полученный прокаливанием TiO2/Al в неокислительной атмосфере, и
(в) слой TiO2.
4. Пигмент по п.1, включающий
(а) многослойный слой подложки пластинчатой формы, содержащий ядро из SiOx1, в котором имеется слой SiOx2 или слой SiOу1 на нижней и верхней поверхностях, но не на боковых сторонах,
многослойный слой подложки пластинчатой формы, содержащий ядро из SiOx2, в котором имеется слой SiOx1 или слой SiOу1 на нижней и верхней поверхностях, но не на боковых сторонах, многослойный слой подложки пластинчатой формы, содержащий ядро из SiOу1, в котором имеется слой SiOx1 или слой SiOx2 на нижней и верхней поверхностях, но не на боковых сторонах, или многослойный слой подложки пластинчатой формы, содержащий ядро из металла, предпочтительно Al, в котором имеется слой SiOx1, слой SiOx2 или слой SiOу1 на нижней и верхней поверхностях, но не на боковых сторонах,
(б) промежуточный слой, полученный прокаливанием TiO2/SiOx1, TiO2/SiOx2 или TiO2/SiOу1 в неокислительной атмосфере, и
(в) слой TiO2, в котором 0,03≤х1<0,70, предпочтительно 0,05≤х1≤0,50, более предпочтительно 0,10≤х1≤0,30, 0,70≤х2≤0,99, и 1,00≤у1≤1,95, предпочтительно 1,0≤у1≤1,8, более предпочтительно 1,1≤у1≤1,8.
5. Пигмент по п.2, в котором слой подложки имеет толщину от 20 до 1000 нм, предпочтительно от 50 до 500 нм.
6. Пигмент по п.2, в котором промежуточный слой имеет толщину от 1 до 500 нм, предпочтительно от 10 до 50 нм.
7. Пигмент по п.5, в котором промежуточный слой имеет толщину от 1 до 500 нм, предпочтительно от 10 до 50 нм.
8. Пигмент по п.2, в котором слой TiO2 имеет толщину от 1 до 200 нм, предпочтительно от 10 до 100 нм, более предпочтительно от 20 до 50 нм.
9. Пигмент по п.7, в котором слой TiO2 имеет толщину от 1 до 200 нм, предпочтительно от 10 до 100 нм, более предпочтительно от 20 до 50 нм.
10. Способ получения пигмента по п.1, в котором
(а) покрытые с помощью TiO2 пластинки SiOу, в котором 0,03≤у≤1,95, предпочтительно 0,03≤у≤1,8, более предпочтительно 0,70≤у≤1,8, или покрытые с помощью TiO2 пластинки металла, предпочтительно пластинки Al, прокаливают в атмосфере неокисляющего газа при температуре выше 600°С и
(б) покрытые с помощью TiO2 пластинки SiOу необязательно обрабатывают воздухом или другим содержащим кислород газом при температуре выше 200°С, предпочтительно выше 400°С и более предпочтительно от 500 до 1000°С.
11. Пигмент, полученный способом по п.10.
12. Применение пигмента по любому из пп.1-9 или 11, одного или в комбинации с обычными имеющимися в продаже пигментами, в красках, текстильных материалах, для струйной печати, в косметике, покрытиях, типографских красках, пластмассах, глазурях для керамики и стекла и для печатания денежных документов.
13. Косметическое средство, краска, покрытие, типографская краска, пластмасса или глазурь для керамики и стекла, включающее пигмент по любому из пп.1-9 или 11.
