Abstract

Claims (13)
- アンビルと、当該アンビルに対向して配置されるホーンとを有し、前記アンビル上に重ねてセットされた複数の被接合物を前記ホーンで加圧および加振することによって当該被接合物を超音波接合する超音波接合装置であって、
前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンによる被接合物に対する把持領域において、ホーンの振動方向外側部における把持力を、内側部における把持力よりも小さく設定したことを特徴とする超音波接合装置。 - 前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンは、被接合物に接触可能な複数の突部をそれぞれ有し、
前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンの少なくとも一方の複数の突部のうち、最も外側の突部の高さを、内側部の突部の高さよりも小さく設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンは、被接合物に接触可能な複数の突部をそれぞれ有し、
前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンの少なくとも一方の複数の突部のうち、最も外側の突部に対して、内側部位から外側部位に向かって高さが減少する断面直線形状の傾斜面を形成するための面取り加工を施したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンは、被接合物に接触可能な複数の突部をそれぞれ有し、
前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンの少なくとも一方の複数の突部のうち、最も外側の突部に対して、内側部位から外側部位に向かって高さが減少する断面略円弧形状の傾斜面を形成するための角R加工を施したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波接合装置。 - アンビルと、当該アンビルに対向して配置されるホーンとを有し、前記アンビル上に重ねてセットされた複数の被接合物を前記ホーンで加圧および加振することによって当該被接合物を超音波接合する超音波接合装置であって、
前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンは、被接合物に接触可能な複数の突部をそれぞれ有し、
前記アンビルおよび前記ホーンの少なくとも一方の複数の突部のうち、外側部の突部の形成間隔を、内側部の突部の形成間隔よりも大きく設定したことを特徴とする超音波接合装置。 - 前記被接合物は、扁平形単電池の電極タブであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに1つに記載の超音波接合装置。
- 積層された複数の被接合物を有する接合構造体であって、
前記積層された複数の被接合物は、外部から加圧および加振が施されることによって超音波接合されているとともに、前記積層された複数の被接合物の外表面には、加圧による複数の圧痕が形成されており、
前記複数の圧痕のうち、外側部の圧痕の深さが内側部の圧痕の深さよりも小さいことを特徴とする接合構造体。 - 積層された複数の被接合物を有する接合構造体であって、
前記積層された複数の被接合物は、外部から加圧および加振が施されることによって超音波接合されているとともに、前記積層された複数の被接合物の外表面には、加圧による複数の圧痕が形成されており、
前記複数の圧痕のうち、外側部の圧痕の底面は、接合構造体の外側に向かって深さが減少する傾斜面であることを特徴とする接合構造体。 - 前記外側部の圧痕の底面は、断面直線形状の傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の接合構造体。
- 前記外側部の圧痕の底面は、断面略円弧形状の傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の接合構造体。
- 積層された複数の被接合物を有する接合構造体であって、
前記積層された複数の被接合物は、外部から加圧および加振が施されることによって超音波接合されているとともに、前記積層された複数の被接合物の外表面には、加圧による複数の圧痕が形成されており、
前記複数の圧痕のうち、外側部の圧痕の内壁面は、当該圧痕についての接合領域において、接合構造体に関して内側の内壁面の傾斜よりも外側の内壁面の傾斜の方が緩やかになるように形成されていることを特徴とする接合構造体。 - 積層された複数の被接合物を有する接合構造体であって、
前記積層された複数の被接合物は、外部から加圧および加振が施されることによって超音波接合されているとともに、前記積層された複数の被接合物の外表面には、加圧による複数の圧痕が形成されており、
前記複数の圧痕のうち、外側部の圧痕の形成間隔が、内側部の圧痕の形成間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする接合構造体。 - 前記被接合物は、扁平形単電池の電極タブであることを特徴とする請求項7〜12のいずれかに1つ記載の接合構造体。
