Claims (13)
- 앤빌과, 해당 앤빌에 대향하여 배치되는 혼을 가지고, 상기 앤빌 상에 겹쳐 세트된 복수의 피접합물을 상기 혼으로 가압 및 가진(加振)함으로써 해당 피접합물을 초음파 접합하는 초음파 접합 장치로서,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼에 의한 피접합물에 대한 파지 영역에서, 혼의 진동 방향 외측부에서의 파지력을, 내측부에서의 파지력보다 작게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 접합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼은, 피접합물에 접촉 가능한 복수의 돌기부를 각각 가지고,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼 중 적어도 한 쪽의 복수의 돌기부 중, 가장 외측의 돌기부의 높이를, 내측부의 돌기부의 높이보다 작게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 접합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼은, 피접합물에 접촉 가능한 복수의 돌기부를 각각 가지고,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼 중 적어도 한 쪽의 복수의 돌기부 중, 가장 외측의 돌 기부에 대하여, 내측 부위로부터 외측 부위를 향하여 높이가 감소하는 단면 직선 형상의 경사면을 형성하기 위한 챔퍼링 가공을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 접합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼은, 피접합물에 접촉 가능한 복수의 돌기부를 각각 가지고,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼 중, 적어도 한 쪽의 복수의 돌기부 중, 가장 외측의 돌기부에 대하여, 내측 부위로부터 외측 부위를 향하여 높이가 감소하는 단면이 대략 원호 형상인 경사면을 형성하기 위한 챔퍼링 가공을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 접합 장치.
- 앤빌과, 해당 앤빌에 대향하여 배치되는 혼을 가지고 상기 앤빌 상에 겹쳐 세트된 복수의 피접합물을 상기 혼으로 가압 및 가진함으로써 해당 피접합물을 초음파 접합하는 초음파 접합 장치로서,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼은, 피접합물에 접촉 가능한 복수의 돌기부를 각각 가지고,상기 앤빌 및 상기 혼 중 적어도 한 쪽의 복수의 돌기부 중, 외측부의 돌기부의 형성 간격을, 내측부의 돌기부의 형성 간격보다 크게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 접합 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피접합물은, 편평형 단전지의 전극 탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 접합 장치.
- 적층된 복수의 피접합물을 가진 접합 구조체로서,상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물은, 외부로부터 가압 및 가진이 실시됨으로써 초음파 접합되어 있는 동시에, 상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물의 외표면에는, 가압에 의한 복수의 압흔이 형성되어 있고,상기 복수의 압흔 중, 외측부의 압흔의 깊이가 내측부의 압흔의 깊이보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
- 적층된 복수의 피접합물을 가진 접합 구조체로서,상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물은, 외부로부터 가압 및 가진이 실시됨으로써 초음파 접합되어 있는 동시에, 상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물의 외표면에는, 가압에 의한 복수의 압흔이 형성되어 있고,상기 복수의 압흔 중, 외측부의 압흔의 바닥면은, 접합 구조체의 외측을 향하여 깊이가 감소하는 경사면인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 외측부의 압흔의 바닥면은, 단면 직선 형상의 경사면인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 외측부의 압흔의 바닥면은, 단면이 대략 원호 형상인 경사면인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
- 적층된 복수의 피접합물을 가진 접합 구조체로서,상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물은, 외부로부터 가압 및 가진이 실시됨으로서 초음파 접합되어 있는 동시에, 상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물의 외표면에는, 가압에 의한 복수의 압흔이 형성되어 있고,상기 복수의 압흔 중, 외측부의 압흔의 내벽면은, 해당 압흔에 대한 접합 영역에 있어서, 접합 구조체에 관하여 내측의 내벽면의 경사보다 외측의 내벽면의 경사 쪽이 완만해지도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
- 적층된 복수의 피접합물을 가진 접합 구조체로서,상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물은, 외부로부터 가압 및 가진이 실시됨으로써 초음파 접합되어 있는 동시에, 상기 적층된 복수의 피접합물의 외표면에는, 가압에 의한 복수의 압흔이 형성되어 있고,상기 복수의 압흔 중, 외측부의 압흔의 형성 간격이, 내측부의 압흔의 형성 간격보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피접합물은, 편평형 단전지의 전극 탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체.
